Presumably dam are cashing in on the travel requirements regarding lft. As we can't use the freebies issued by the gov.

For the moment I suspect the biggest use of lft is from the gov. Odx need to cash in on this.

Pro use is never going to be a huge market for lft. It is not its strength as a tool. Also limited by pro ability to test.

Odx need self test use....and this should have been their goal all along. And so applications for approvals put in before market flooded.

But of course Colin is a genius...in Colin we trust..busy busy..must be doing something...car park has 40 cars in it....blah blah

Odx will need to be quick of the mark when the approvals do come in...as there will be lots of other tests. Prob cheaper

Slacko - no it is since the gov contract was awarded. Prior to that was just speculation so nothing to do with Colin's ability to deliver

sileng - the SP went down on DAM news because in usual "shoot yourself in the foot" they dont have approval to sell in uk and as usual released an RNS in the worst possible way. not in advance with the good news - not on the day with NCYT- but the day after - once colin "the bullet" woke up and realised it was relevant...FFS

we will have to see on DAM - i like the active nature of the company. what worries me is colin giving over eu exclusitivity to a company who only have places in spain....lets hope if the self test approval for eu comes through colin shows a bit more nous

computer - if that is the case then fair enough. However this could/should have been communicated by the company. personally i can't see it as would every self test have to be approved for professional use? eg pregnancy tests?

nobby - i agree with you. i think they took their eye off the ball once the gov contract was awarded. i suspect that is why the approval applications were seemingly so tardy. In fairness they probably did not want to be overstretched but the approvals should have been sought as soon as the tests were ready - certainly for EU and USA.

the thing is the SP got messy from director sells and then really poor rns/tweets - we could have been sitting with a lot less pain if colin and co had an understanding of simple market mechanics
