the sanctions could be lifted immediately as a condition of any peace deal. prob as important as any haggle over land.

as for russian reputation - that has been damaged and will have some impact in private company dealings. however capitalists are only interested in cash - so as soon as there is potential for some profit to be made i am sure the ethics will go out of the window.

again one can't argue that the china/india/brazil /russia coalition will be a force against the usa - but then say they won't deal with each other. personally if those countries have no qualms in dealing with russia in the current mess - any peace should only make it easier.
