I'm always a keen follower of posts by Messrs. Wetwater and Hardrock. In the meantime we have this morning down under a nice summary and commendable end of year activities report from the TBN management team that follows on from Falcon's. The report inter alia confirms that the company's shareholders have voted to redomicile the company to the USA {in the state of Delaware} and to retain its listing on the ASX.

Many thanks Mr Schlemiel for posting on this board this morning's Falcon NR on AIM in London. Hopefully the shares will now continue to edge forward in the next few weeks as speculation mounts that the SS1 well will confirm what the company deems a commercial flow of 1.5 million cubic feet per day over the 500 metre horizontal section.

How high the flow rate is will give us more informed guidance too on the net present value of the Company's 22.5% stake in the Beetaloo.

The answer to what happens next Mr Wetwater is 'It Depends' The TBN management team might realise they have made a mistake and correct it themselves on Monday morning. I think that's very unlikely. Hmm...What do you think? Second an angry person might pick up the phone to the ASX and draws their attention to the crass indiscreet article. That's probably not such long odds as you might think Mr Wetwater - and if it were to occur it would not help the Daly Waters planned US makeover in due course,. Third TBN's partners and their advisers have a conference call{s} this weekend which concludes that they need to draw up their own NR {without the hyperbole}, have it agreed by the TBN board of directors and issue it under TBN's name first thing on Monday morning,

Whatever happens next I hope at least the Falcon board {assuming they are satisfied with the veracity of what Riddell sounded off on in The Australian down under last week} consider issuing their own NR and clarify what's going on.

Mr Northern Magic one can further speculate that as and when the ASX picks up over the weekend or early next week the article that was published today in the Australian they may well request TBN management to confirm early next week that the 30 day test has now commenced and results will be published on or before February 29 2024.

As a Falcon shareholder I'm very happy of course that the 30 day test will very shortly be up and running under the control of the new regime. That puts a floor under the current share price and will help it to move up in the next month.

On the other hand one still has to sadly conclude that there doesn't seem to be any limits to the crass indiscreet comments that come out of the TBN management team,... and that means Daly Waters advisers will have to assess over the next couple of months or so what further changes are required in the new Tamboran {after its US makeover}, and that's of course in addition to the improvements in the checks and balances within the company that are required to help it better husband its cash.

The shares owned by the Russian group were effectively frozen by the US government in 2018 following the incident in Salisbury in the UK. The UK and Europe undertook similar measures in 2022. following the invasion of Ukraine.

Regretably Mr Scinceday1 and Mr Longknife you are incorrect. The company has made no such announcement nor have some of the posters on this board like Newtofalco, Hardrock and Wetwater written anything to suggest this. I also gather from your comments that you are not in a position to access the broker analysts in London and down under.

The fact that Tamboran for the last year or so has underperformed compared to Falcon is no surprise given one error after another by the Tamboran management team. In fact both parties, Tamboran and Falcon, ought to be very thankful indeed that Daly Waters, H & P and Liberty are now in the driving seat at Tamboran......

Everyone is going to learn a lot more in due course as when Tamboran issues a prospectus prior to its raising new capital in the US and introduction of its shares on the American exchange.

Europe is clearly where the action is so far this year.. Over 2.5 million shares have been traded today on AIM in London and over one million yesterday.. Tamboran shares {which closed today on the ASX {at AUD 0.17}, after another cash raising that their existing shareholders failed to fully support, have totally lost the premium they used to enjoy against Falcon shares - and this totally reflects the much higher esteem POQ is held compared with the rum lot at Tamboran down under

I expect Falcon shares to make new two year highs in the next few weeks, and when the green flag is waived to signal the start of the 30 day test, we could well see further strength.

In the meantime investors in Europe who have been missing from this play for many years are increasingly attracted by the lead that has been given them by Daly Waters, H & P and Liberty in the Beetaloo,. What's more unlike the TSX AIM in London has the support of Cavendish Securities and Tennyson Securities and end February/early March we'll have Bank of America Securities {nee Merrill Lynch} in the US further helping this play..

We must now wait until tomorrow to hear from Tamboran what were the results of the non underwritten 1 for 6.2 retail entitlement offer of new TBN 'equivalent shares' at AUD 0.16 to raise AUD 28 million {which closed at 5pm Sydney Australia time today. The new equivalent shares' are part of the AUD 44.3 million equity raising in new CHESS Depositary Interests [CDIs} it originally announced on 14 December 2023.

Merrill Lynch Equities [Australia} part of BofA Securities is acting as placement agent and one can probably speculate that the same group will handle in due course the introduction to the US market

Prior to the closing, I apologise for the pun, the message being given by the Company to the Australian market is that all is going very much according to plan with the SS1 and we ought to hear results of the 30 day test next month. The formal announcement by Liberty to the US market is another positive piece of news.

Very wise words Mr Wetwater. In the meantime down under on the ASX Tamboran which opened at AUD 0.20 is up 4.5 cents to AUD 0.245 on more than 2 million shares traded.

I think we'll be in a far better position to triangulate when the new Tamboran gains its U.S. quote next quarter. As for the 2 brokers' recommendations and valuations on the London AIM of 35.7 pence and 37 pence, both are applying at present high discount rates in their DCF formulae, and one can therefore reasonably assume both will be upgraded if as we all hope the new partnership gives the green light to future pilot production in early 2025.

Both firms have concluded that if good fracking figures come through in the 30 day test next month not only will the Tamboran float, with Bryan Sheffield's team at the helm, truly fly but its junior partner Falcon's shares will also become a very hot property.

I very much concur with the views expressed by Newtofo and Hardrock. There's clearly increasing confidence in the Beetaloo and the Daly Waters' team move to bring Liberty on board is going to further help the US flotation.

Meanwhile near 2 million shares traded so far on AIM in London this week In the run-up to Christmas. But down under ,Tamboran shareholders will not be best pleased by the amount of further dilution.

Timing Northern Magic is 1Q 2024, if flow rates measure up to expectorations..

In the London markets confidence has been fuelled by results from the DFIT at the SS1 well and the fact that the Daly Waters team effectively took control at SS1 after the Riddle team was found wanting earlier this year.

The recent decision by analysts at Tennyson Securities to join Cavendish {nee Cenkos} to cover Falcon on AIM in London has also improved sentiment and their lengthy first report they issued at the end of October has been well received.

What we're all simply waiting for is 'proof in the pudding' next month. Before that occurs one might see satellite pictures of flaring at the SS! on this board.

10 fracks over 500 metres wont take too long to complete by this time next week and the team overseen by the Daly Waters team hopefully will be able to get going well before Christmas with their 30 day test work.

we're now into the Christmas party scene particularly in London and Toronto. After New Year interest if all goes according to plan will pick up in the U.S.

Bryan Sheffield's move to raise a USD 100 million + private equity fund to be targeted 'down under' and the decisions around the redomicile and transformation of TBN shows us the confidence of Daly Waters and partners.

More important Origin 789 the uncertainties created by the Beetaloo predominately in the hands of a couple of minnows will be substantially reduced. What's more BS and partners taking formal control not only opens access to all the capital markets but a complete overhaul on how management husband their resources.

Don't overlook either the Tamboran flotation is going to be welcomed by the Australian Federal Government and the Northern Territories.

The analysts and London AIM are looking for very good news in the !Q 2024. The Us also anticipates that the minnow Tamboran will be transformed by its p[process to come to the US market.

The market specialists are increasingly confident that Falcon will have a happy New Year

I hundred per cent agree Wetwater....I recognise too Hardrock's continued astute and accurate observations.

All the recent announcements in Australia and here in Europe tell us that from next month TBN will be transformed and become a well capitalised company in the US, led by a well respected management team led by Bryan Sheffield and partners.

If we receive positive results from the two wells drilled in 1H 2024 probability of future commercial development will of course increase and if that were to occur one can expect analysts will re-rate significantly TBN and falcon shares. In the meantime this week the two Falcon brokers in London have advised the market that their target prices are 36/37 pence per share. There is also a lot of confidence in Australia from independent observers who have visited the SS1 site that the BS Daly Waters team working closely with H and P [and Australian sub-contractors} have successfully brought all their US experience to the drilling and fracking exercise.
