Thanks Speculative were the court case and the money held under US and Canadian jurisdictions I would raise my 10% liklihood materially.
It is 10% as this is Congo and AB has form. Your 100% certain just timing and amount is crazily optimistic.
Also as Zumore points out the wait will dilute you to death. The longer Congo goes on even in the remote possibility AB pulls a rabbit out the hat you will never see 0.3p again.
Zumore I'm going for 2.5bn shares in issue and 3.5bn including warrants options by 31st December.

Lots of talk on here on how a softening of the tax will happen. Most was a taper linked to price or an absolute floor.
The golden rule on taxes is simplicity. Reading yesterday's press its apparent 10% of BP / Shell production is NS.
An easier way and simple to moderate the tax is apply a threshold linked to NS production as a proportion of total production.
So any production over say 30% is exempt. This would.
1 - not impact tax take from majors
2 - help HBR and SQZ etc
3 - hugely encourage NS investment for existing producers at the margin. Putting future investment decisions back on a level playing field.
4 - be simple to operate
5 - not massively hit the tax take.

5th August 2022 RNS we agreed a 50% discount with a body who had no authority to negotiate. Two take aways - 50% discount and not a place to have a court case.
Half yearly report 31st March 2023 lots of nice noises but little or no progress.

Why did HMG select the EPL for UK production at 35% when it could have increased Petroleium Revenue Tax ( the uplift to corporation tax that makes it 40%) .
I had understood this is on all production uk plus overseas and would mean the mega oilers BP and Shell pay most of the windfall.
Anyone know why that's not possible ?

1 - Someone else is clearly selling the same stock
2 - Bell is quiet ! Please don't see this as a good sign - most would see it as ominous. He oversells and underdelivers so worrying for holders

Spec we had 123 million new shares in early April at 0.18p GROSS [ important word] of charges. Each had numerous warrants attached.
I would be surprised if there is a placing but if there is it will by 0.15p and lower -warrants at .23p ?
You will need to average down as even if all big things happen the manner of the fund raising and dilution kills any gain even the short term holders like you.

Congo would be amazing but as you know I'm not convinced it's not dead. He has form on not coming clean when the end of the road is reached so the cap fits.
Lithium is more interesting - a few months back the end of April was mentioned. I'm open minded on an update but it needs a clear path way to some revenue.

We go full circle with restrictions on losses and more than modest hedges in place its clearly a poor deal. Why did Hardys and others agree it ? Its beyond stupid unless there is the big reveal or us minnows get screwed.
Do Mecure get a 14p dividend for year ended 31st Dec 22 even though their shares weren't registered until March 23 ? Barry are you sure this is not the admin issue ? We are screwed even more i still think that's the admin issue and vote at AGM !!

Racked my brains on this and I don't think it will be TWD. Dodgy as the deal is the locked box and what happens in TWD is NOT for SQZs account.
My suspicion is a technicality around the new Mecuria shares not being explicitly entitled to the 2022 Dividend of 14p and they need a resolution entitling them. I will be voting against if it that :)
