Bell said iDRC was 'imminent' over a year ago on a previous pump and dump and then posted a tail between his legs rns saying he had been misled and unfortunately had been negotiating with someone who had no authority to represent the other party.

Others who have been here years will tell you a share issue is most likely for RNS.

Zimbabwe might do well but judge Bell by his actions. He may stage a stockpile sale but my fear is continous production is sometime off and will no doubt throw up obstacles.

Bell has made a career on over promising and under delivering. You may be wet behind the ears but others should see a balanced view and tread carefully .

For those new Congo was imminent a year ago and won't happen anytime soon. Over the course of 15 years RRR has lost 98% of it shareholder value. Yes it will turn how can it not. But it will only be for the benefit of insiders. For those in yesterday time your exit very carefully this will not make you rich from these levels.

Oratorio- The Congo $10m has been on the stocks for nearly two years. They spent a longtime negotiating with someone who they later conceded had no authority . Andrew Bell is the king of deception. Whilst the news may be promising its not producing. He is dangling the prospect of DRC to entice new holders who will be burnt by a substantial share issue and warrants as well as those in the know ( note major holdings RNS ) selling into the rise. Today I think is a pivotal day - its how many of the get rich army buy in which will determine how much others will gain. I see a sharp rise perhaps up to 0.35p but a fall back to below open and when issue is out the way to below o.2p. Anyone new here be really carefull

This is RRR. Large amounts of warrants exercisable at prices below 0.2p and a placement of circa 300m shares at the next AGM.

The company needs to sustain this rise but the warrants and placement makes it more difficult.

Well done to Helpfull and Speculative. I was wrong it did breach 0.2p. Let's hope it can sustain it and other factors don't act as an anchor.

I have said repeatedly this share will never see 0.2p again. ( except in a consolidation) . This is here and this is now. You are right what happened in the past is not relevant but its reflective of the character and intergreity of management. Andrews post on here about dilution was the ultimate slap in the face to holders past and present. Hopefully when you've had your investment diluted to sh** you will agree our points ?

NAV - you are absolutely bang on the money.

The absence of any sliding scale makes this look ludicrous.

On oil as its linked to world price little in the way of opportunities to hedge increase / cut production to land at the $70 sweet spot which is where we are most profitable.

On gas if its UK price potentially as a cartel they could influence the price around the 54p sweet spot.

I think common sense will prevail and a sliding scale will apply perhaps with the quoted figures as mid points.

The point you are disagreeing on is

If the floor is £60 and the price is £65. Is EPL payable on

1 - all profits

2 - just profits over £60 the floor I.e £5.

Nitro like me logically thinks it (2). If it's [1] it creates a huge advantage to have the price at $59.99 and hedge the lot.

If it is [2] then provided the floor price exceeds the cost of production its a good thing.

As EPL is applicable to both gas and oil.they will keep it simple and apply a floor to both.

If a floor is introduced I would say its great news to the share price.

At the margin level EPL is 140%:above profits 35% to 25% ratio - so the impact on fundamentals and SP should be mega material.

I think it's pretty disrespectful for you to make the above statement. In terms of dilution RRR has no equal.

RRR have allways headed the leaderboard in term s of share raises. The pace has significantly increased in 2023 and even small creditors are now paid in shares. Most holders would prefer they were paid in cash.

Looks like major producers will support OP with as much as it takes which is great for HBR. Only worry is EPL which is priced in and Labour. The bashing IMO is from incredulous previous holders completely aghast at how AB continues to get away with duping people. Speculative has called this right.

No body is naive enough to think rampers like Helpfull or bashers like me Zumore and Duke can influence the SP.

The bashers are here to warn people not to touch RRR [ALR looks different].

Most of us have been bashing for years and with a nine fold SP depreciation and 2.5 times as many shares in two years have sadly been right.

The only way I would hold RRR is if you gifted me it.

- the photos [guards and rock ] are not commensurate with a 5000 tonne a month operation. I would expect multiple excavators / trucks etc .

- it sounds promising but let's wait until we've produced 50 tonnes. Then get excited. RRR over promises and underl-delivers as standard.

Helpfull is the direct beneficiary of the asset the rest of us have RRR in the middle. Concerns are :

Hidden debts and covenants - if its any good the asset is taken off RRR by parties with charge on our asset probably with AB somwhere in the background.

If the asset looks good billions of warrants diversified power deffered shares will crystallise meaning we have 3 billion shares plus. It won't see 0.3p again diluted to death. Even small bills now being paid with cheap shares.

I agree past share price is no reflection of the future. Speculatives point. However when it comes to character, intergrety honesty adherence to good governance and standards of public life. In my experience once a rotten apple allways one - and theron is your answer. Helpfull is lucky he is operating independently of AB

For shareholders of RRR I fear this is all too late. Perhaps the holdings RNS reflect others sensing an opportunity unfortunately my fear is its blood in the water rather than any return to RRR long standing SHs

My advice is filter the good Doctor.

He may be right but is a full on Troll. Objectionable, nasty and very personal.

Happy to consider downside posts but not the abuse he revels in.
