I hold Bae -now there's a real debate about buybacks. With a yield of 3% and p/e of 20 plus. Its a no brainer buy backs are expensive.
It's the equivalent of HBR buying back at £8.
For me buy back here are hugely beneficial.

Jonny and Sekforde bang on with your comments. At this SP this share is hugely attractive. In terms of a balance what's the risk ?
I have
1 - a long standing concern on governance and major PIs selling.
2. Falling oil prices.
3. Labour government.
4 . Anything else.?
As time passes the governance looks better, oil fundamentals are strong. I don't see this as a labour priority if anything I think them will look at bringing non uk profits into scope - that's BP and RDS.

We are now 15 months down the line with no sign of enforcement and cash.
The funds I thought were held in eschew by the ultimate asset buyers who have no axe to grind either way.
Yet we still can't enforce.

Norma - the mystery could be solved by Tailwinds closure account being filed. They will delay that as long as legally possible.
They will also need to come clean on the dividend at the AGM.
I know you trust these guys but most on here don't. The two could be connected so large Tailwind dividend to holders contrary to merger agreement is my bet. Time will tell

Migori Tailings has been touted for 18 years. Helpfull its worthless I'm afraid. Andrew has been looking for a partner or a sale for 18 years of commodity boom and busts. If he could get a 100k for them he would. They sit in the bottom of the draw gathering dust and will for years to come. Worst case scenario is distraction as Congo is dead. He has form on not RNS anything that has reached the end of the road.

Spec £7m from Congo ?
To many will sell into rise, no investors trust AB , to many warrant options CLNs etc. I am saying 0.3 tops 50% rise. RRR is too well known to gather any AIM momentum I'm afraid sorry. It has a steer clear label.
I'm afraid the rear view mirror also suggests Congo will just fizzle out and be forgotten.
I genuinely hope I am wrong on that and will be the first on here to wish you well shoukd we get £7m and enjoy the ride to 0.3p

Speculative - you have clearly backed the wrong horse.
Quick look at PREM no endless RNS fund raises over the last two years. Just the one for $12m and at above par. Also healty cash balance and about to hit production.
Lots of shares like us but no hidden share consolidation we would have trillions but for that.
They have quality assets that attract external investors.
Sorry but our portfolio is a rag bag of ifs buts and maybes.
Andrew fell on his feet with Jupiter and has been dining out on it for 20 years. Imagine if he just kept the Jupiter shares we would be £100m company by now - but no its failure after fund raise after failure.
Can RRR do a five fold increase like PREM no.
You might get your 0.3p back but I would run for the hills when you do

There market cap is £88m ours is £18m. Our EBIT&D is double there's.
Valuation gap is asset quality they own we lease but shows to me market strength here. Next update should be interesting and with Dire tors buys quite recently think this has legs

Spec you miss the point entirely 18% discount. If its that good why not wait instead of diluting the hell out of holders as usual.

Yes - it obviously didn't fill them with hope as they got a 15% discount on current sell price.
If news was great he should have held on - we have zillions of shares issued at 0.2 and below that will be sold into on any rise.
I'm pretty confident we will never see 0.3p (which is a 60% rise from here) even if all our projects delivered. As ever by fund raising at ridiculous prices and levels AB has created a death spiral.

Says everything when you do a major fund raise 10 days ago and need to pay a further 25k in shares.

As such no 2022 dividends would be allowed.
HOWEVER - I and others feel the date was a misprint.
They have clearly messed up by not coming clean on the misprint and have tried to sneak it under the radar with no disclosure.
The auditors have clearly called them out and it needs an AGM resolution to resolve. In terms of quoracy I'm not sure it's appropriate for Mecuria and associates to vote as they are clearly conflicted as beneficiary of the oversight. Unfortunately this is AIM

One poster on here suggested at the end of last year - no DRC funds no ELEPHANT listing and another one. Not delivering unfortunately is the form horse.
Zimbabwe seems to be progressing well but cash flow is touted for end of April. That is very very soon. Time will tell.
To date no cash has been delivered and that's dissapointing

Norma it represents a significant premium on aquistion price and not disclosed in the very short prospectus.
Also with oil prices much higher for last 18 months hedge seems very low. ! Probably arranged on our behalf by Mecuria :) They really saw us coming.

It does strike me the financials are for SQZ only. They are excellent. Just like Brexit the deal has happened we need to get on with it.
Pleased with Tailwinds contribution to Q1 production to add balance
Tailwind realised price in published accouts was really high circa $100 I recall. There production being hedged at $58 is as others say is news to all of us. Material consideration to the deal. The mention of non disclosure of dividend picked up by auditors is fishy.
For me these accouts show a clear divide between a standalone SQZ high reward low risk with unchartered territory with many risks we have now chosen to frequent.

Brought these for Divy. For a mid cap share the spread is astronomical 136 to sell 142 to buy. Is there any specific reason why spread is so wide.
