The 30th of June 2022 accouts confirm ALR is Zimbabwe registered but says RRR hold 65%.

AB seems to have dumped 20% with no disclosure or RNS . Anyone any idea,s why ? A decent asset but our holding diluting - giving it away I'm guessing for funds. Exactly my point Helpfull bet he didn't get a proportion of $50m !

Why does he need an identically listed UK company conveniently set up after accouts have been signed off.

Mr Bell does not help himself. No wonder there is no enthusiasm for investing on this Board.

Helpful if the asset is worth $50m long suffering RRR holders would much rather sell 10% of our 40% share [4%] for $2M than constant dilution.

If its as good as you say that would have been done.

I don't buy selling is not an option. People buy on potential. I've done the maths and if it as you say it's got real potential.

AB is in dire straights and needs some news super fast. Or an asset to sell. The only asset that feels it has value is ALR at a discount.

He could sell to you or some of your partners ?

Also a cubic meter is 1.5 to 2.3 tonnes. The pile shown would be 50 tonnes at most. A long way to 5000.

This is a huge undertaking I was expecting to see lots of JCBs lorries conveyer belts miners all lined up. A photo of six guards and a small pile of rock feels a long way from 10,000 tones a month or 300 a day.

FWIW - I think Steel is well over the top .

I take you at face value that ALR is fully funded, has a secure site, promising project and licence fully owned.

You have done well having an interest outside of RRR.

Given my previous post about the dire straights of RRR we just have to hope developments happen fast.

Reflecting on this RRR will probably have to sell off in tranches it holding in ALR to keep the lights on. Such a shame the one thing that looks promising is effectively compromised by AB's profligacy elsewhere and tendency to have multiple irons in the fire and spread himself too thin.

The share peaked in Feb 21 - 28 months ago at 1.23p. At the time we had 972m shares in circulation and the market cap was just shy of £12m. DRC did not exist as an active asset

Today we have 2,106m shares and an SP of .135p - Market cap of £2.8m

So :

SP down 9 fold

Shares in issue up 116%

Market capitalisation down over 4 fold.

Where's all the cash gone ?

If as I assume your 10.26% ownership is outside of RRR you will do well.

My comments were in relation to RRR shareholders and the "baggage" / "albatross" that comes with that.

You I'm sure will do well. Not so sure about RRR shareholders.

Helpfull the fact the illegal miners had the capability to build an access road should send a huge red flag up.

This is illegality at scale. The site is completely insecure and the six security guards (unarmed) will have little or no impact.

Good as the asset maybe. It needs securing (physically first) and guarded by local militias or the police even if they get a percentage take.

I was quite positive about the asset but its now abundantly clear RRR don't have the cash or the funding to develop it in a way that securesthe benefit to RRR.

Might explain all the posturing re holdings RNS as those more clever than us take positions over the carcass of what is left of RRR.

I really hope a miracle happens on DRC and speculative gets his cash back. But I think the chances are slim to zero.

AB has really overstretched himself and the gravy train might derail.

I was having a sly dig at 17.08 this afternoon when I said isn't it about time we had a cash raise for corporate purposes.

Right on cue ten minutes later AB obliged - Another 80 million shares to pay of debt loans etc.

Had a dialogue with Helpful a while ago about Bukino Faso being an awful place to invest. You will know my views on DRC. I had assumed having been burnt in so many jurisdictions AB had done his due diligence on Zimbabwe. Maybe not.

We must be due another fund raise pretty shortly for corporate purposes :)

In a transparent well run company with good governance i concur. With RRR consider :

- total debt is shrouded in mystery. Most RRR share issues are to repay debt no one was aware had or even existed. So at face value yes but with RRR there is never a clear picture on debt and zero transparency. Its money raised today not to invest in the future but to pay for past profligacy.

- No clear objective for any raise. For "corporate purposes" is the stock in trade. This means keeping the lights on and paying AB. Nothing value added.

- The shares issues have brought 50% dilution and a share price that has collapsed accordingly. A certain Canadian has invested heavily bringing his average down from 0.6p to 0.3p. Chasing that dragon.

- The new investors will all have a charge on any assets that are left when it pops. Those accumulating probably allready have an interest subtely obscured. My view is they could gain. The long suffering won't

Keep the faith though.

Sentiment is awful. Any one investing at £4 will perhaps need three to four years to get their stake back.

Anyone investing now is as you say on 16.9% return progressively growing. Add in the chance of a capital gain and its a great bet.

I just can't see much downside at the level of £2.30. I also think they will annouce an immediate continuation of buy back.

Less than a year and six fold deterioration in SP.

All need repaying.

Congo and fairly quickly is the last resort.

Wickes is down at 4.5 based on repeating 2022 profit of £75m

Getting in now may not be the worst idea but any good news rise will be sold into hugely.

This company could do well if it gets $10m from DRC but currently SP realistically factors that in at less than 5% probability. Time will tell - holders over fifteen years have lost their shirts. Its only fair something comes good for them.

Your biggest mistake is thinking this is all sour grapes from many who post. The postings are rather warnings on the honesty integrity and complete disregard for good governance by Mr Bell.

They made no profit in 2022 as they chose to take a deffered tax charge for future WFT.

As other posters have said for a long time even at 75% tax, buys backs and a $200m dividend is sustainable.

Might not suit your circumstances but this is an income as opposed to gain stock. The dividend is allready closing in on 10% and the buy backs will mean it steadily rises.

As Sekforde says mathematically and if you have patience this will rise. Strong hold for me.
