Comically [and being topical] your entire list was in a broker update 15 months ago. Since then not a single project has progressed the SP fallen five fold and AB issued 1.5bn shares. No income has been earned in the period.

Maybe you should add a little realism / risk basing to your considered assessment. Think the get rich quick crew may be dissapointed.

On 1st June SP was £2.33. Oil was slightly lower and gas 60% lower. Gas is 50% of our business. On an equipment basis we should be higher than £2.33. I think there is huge negatively on uk stocks and why invest when you can lock a guaranteed 5% in on savings.

15th June RNS the big one is hugely short on detail. All it really says is we have received the EIA. It's also clouded with generalities and assumed links between CdeIv and BF licences and Lithium.

If anything was certain it would have been in RNSs but nothing is hence its Twitter and interviews.

Slow drift down whilst we await news. I think next Zimb update will underwhelm - snags issues , delays. Infrastructure,, illegal miners etc. $500k a month will be put out there but timeline will drift more and more and inevitably further fund raise !!

I hope for your guys sake this one does not follow the above pattern that Andrew has been stuck in for fifteen years. As you all say the past is irrelevant but Andrew has not got a project over the line for so long it's becoming a habit.

Tradedeck - yes there was a broker reccomndation of 2.8p about a year ago.

Of the dozen or so listed cash defining events none have happened and since then AB has issued 1.5bn shares.

So on a part past basis probably now 1.1p a share. But AB loves a fund raise double figures so far in 2023 so no doubt many more will follow.

Just be- I think you have called this right.

If they really get $10m from DRC this will re rate.

Many on here think that's In the bag. Based on it being "imminent" 15 months ago I think what we receive will be between zero and say $3m. I think Andrew dangled it purely to inflate price for share issues. In reality it's miles away. Large holders happy to sell new shares at 50% gain I think should awake a few.

The jury is out on Lithium production.

Only three months back illegal miners were on site. We have pictures of a small rock stockpile and six rather ragged looking unarmed guards. Some fancy numbers being banded about on cashflow. At face value the infrastructure does not support those sort of numbers. Add to the mix Andrew Bell and his history of promising the earth and delivering little and its worrying.

Just as i predicted the rise will be sold into I'm pretty confident the update on actual lithium sales will underwhelm. Time will tell.

As I have told you and been proved right any rise will be sold into or AB will use to issue shares to pay off what ever raft of new undisclosed liabilities he has set up. He will delay audited accounts for year ended 30th June 23 as long as possible to keep these secret as he does most years. Up to 10 billion shares in authorised capital so plenty more confetti to come

But Helpful - IPCM we're going to buy RRRs asset for about $10m it never happened and all went quiet. The Greenland sale proceeds got lost in a Cypriot bank.

DRC may be different BUT our leader said it was imminent 14 months ago !! He's got form and leopard and spots spring to mind.

I agree this is the here and now and this may ne different the concern is the integrity and honesty of Mr Bell which has been somewhat questionable.

It was only two weeks ago he posted on here about not issuing shares ! Nuanced wording by him but a hint of sarcasm and distain for other investor interests.

Zumore has researched this and I still find it sureal that the pictures of the six security guards and the small pile of tin as well as thanking the illegal miners for building the access road translates into the sort of cash flow touted here by AB. The clock is now ticking.

Helpful- to be fair most of the bashers know a lot about RRR.

You were the guy when we were 1p over a year back.telling all.who would listen 6p was coming with dilution of 70% since then you are only.out 50 fold. At least compared to a year ago bashers were right and you were wrong. RRR may have its day but you must admit you are not much a tipster and an excessive ramper. But to be fair you are a decent guy who is perfectly amiable- just a bit blinkered on this share.

- who says RRR have no debt.

- almost all fundraises and there have been many are for working capital funding Zimbabwe and pending DRC receipts.

- Had to laugh over 1.5m shares issued since late Dec and virtually no progress. I will beleive income from Zimbabwe when I see it.

Speculative - AIM is rotten reporting makes no diference.

The good news is AB has confirmed amounts owed to Diversified and Riversfort is nil.

The Diversified arrangement was at least above board. It was arranged when the price was 0.3p in Dec 22. With fees interest and selling in todays market Diversified have doubled there money. At the expense of long term shareholders like you.

Whatever arrangement he made with Riversfort was never disclosed. Which should send alarm bells. What else has be done by the backdoor ?

For new holders the problem is 200m of new shares to clear. For that to happen and price to hold we really need good news. My view is

- drc dead

- elephant oil interest not material £200k or so

- Zimbabwe we will see soon on sales and revenue. They really need this one but I'm not convinced such a small outfit has either the financial clout, gravitas, contacts or expertise to succeed.

Fifteen years of tall tales from Andrew letsvhope this one is different.

Maqsood you were warned. The issue price is far lower than I even predicted. Loads more warrants and debt to pay off to come.

Unfortunately you will do well to get your money back.

DRC has been dead a long time. RRR has not got the money to put any decent asset into production. This company only exists to get Andrew a salary each year and see him to retirement. The amount of very informed negative posts should set alarm bells ringing for anyone like you who invested last week with little or no knowledge of what you are dealing with. Good luck with it though

DRC was imminent over a year ago and AB conceded he was negotiating with an unauthorised party.

Hopefully for you and new investors the great man has upped his game.

PD - new poster let's hope it does better than your previous tip PREM and KOD. There may be some money to be made on a spike here. But you will need to time your exit well just like sellers at 0.25p last week. Rises are sold into routinely with this stock.

Gordon there will be no news on DRC its a Bell rinse and repeat. That dog had its day twelve months ago.

What we will get news on is a discounted share issue.
