Next fund raise August no material receipt of funds. 2.4bn shares. My best call.

TR1s in my opinion are either vultures on break up or arranged to give a facade something here is promising.

Speculative what's the tipping point for you when you agree the many skeptics on here were right ? Or are you so convinced you will just average down for the big one ?

What does RRR get from EO ? I know they paid £270k in 2017 for a 4% stake and are "swaping their shares" as part of the IPO. I assume that realises cash which is good but don't know how much. I had read the investment holding value is 100k. Has that changed ?

Looks like HBR realised a couple of million on its holding from agreeing to support the buy out.

Judgment on $2.5 made in early 2022. No progress made in collecting the money or selling factoring the receivable at a discount

8th March 2023 company update says appeal on further $2.5m due in weeks. Approaching double digits now so months more appropriate.

Rest of the claim on hold.

RRR may well have some successes but when AB goes deathly quiet on an initiative it only ever means its Dead.

Any sliver of hope and he would have bigged it up.

No view on other initiatives but the big one it pays RRR to keep the prospect dangling. That's their operundus modi .

Since mid Dec Bell has burnt his way through circa 800k. In just shy of 5 months.

This raise will last 2 - 3 months.

I honestly think DRC is dead.

The rest are to slow burners.

No cash flow developments and new raise needed August.

Yes Ian City Pubs and Weatherspoons both indicated good trading YTD when publishing accounts.

Rev has a market cap about a quarter of City but turnover about 60% higher.

Different models Rev lease and City own but at £17m market cap here is low.

I got in on a gamble at just below 5p on the collapse and have been watching with interest. Think 15p is possible on a good update or even a "bid" given the recovery. Happy to hold

Only $1m of that loan left.!!!

Diversified can either

1 - elect for shares at 0.1p. Should be around a billion. !!

2 - ask for their money to be paid back with loads or interest secured against company assets.

Only one winner here. And it's not shareholders.

Three certainties

1 - unless there is a consolidation 2.5bn shares

2 - never see 0.3p again

3. DRC is dead. Just like Greenland. No updates is telling.

Spec - what am I missing incredible support from the market !! Sp is 22% down and you are 50% down. Congo will not happen. Any news and he would have bigged it up.

And that excludes associated warrants.

A minimum of 50% dilution in five weeks even by Bells standards that's pushing the boat out.

Still when we get the DRC money all will be fine.

I know you are allways genuinely sorry for others who have lost money and get your point about timing.

Unfotunatly with a lot in here and an average of 0.3p you ate now likely to have joined the loosers club.

My advice don't average down escape now with 50% and put it down to experience.

AB is a king of deception as long as he's paid anything else is fair game.

1 - RRR will never see 0.3p again

2 - we will have 2.5bn shares by the end if the year.

In the extremely unlikely event anything comes out of DRC any rise will be sold into.

That makes my call a certainty.

I would be really carefull no company on AIM dilutes and loses value at a faster rate than RRR.

Reads well as ever. Net debt $200m at 31st March is a stand out. Good value at these prices with steady trading better hedging and $400 a year in buy backs and dividends. Expect a bounce today off back of this update and POO

Riverforts old loan was repaid from sale of Jupiter shares held in Eschew.
New facility of up to £1m issued with initial draw down of 385k. It includes a Charge on all companies assets.
Convertible at discount to current SP.
One sniff of DRC and they convert. If no DRC its curtains.
Even in the unlikely event of DRC happening dilution will kill share holders. If DRC doesn't happen its curtains.
Generally Speculative this is nothing to do with past losses by individuals. Rather incredulous around how he can keep this going. AB gets a good salary. All the lenders operate a profit the lovers are as ever normal shareholders

Thanks Kimi - if he's borrowed with an option for the lender to convert it sounds like it should be dislosed to investors. That's why with the first issue I thought it was a supplier.
Sounds like it's probably a loan.
Speculative you will need to average down some more I'm afraid. As fast as you do it AB pulls the rug by finding underhand ways to issue more shares

Looked at the stock market for many years and no company I can recollect dilutes like RRR.

Spec yesterday's issue was 19, 176,965 shares so 1.2%.

I like Justin. It helps he called out the horrible Orange one far earlier than others.

When they paid the first tranche in shares I assumed they were a supplier.
Anyone have any details on this loan ? How much what are the terms ?
Giving away 1.5% of the company each fortnight is really worrying.
Seriously has there been any public dialogue on this Loan how much in total and when it re payable.
