Reasons for lack of update.

1. Absolutely zero progress since 31st March ?

2 Secret negotiations re debts and company future.

3. Good news so close its imminent.

I can't believe it's [3] as Bell the master of the hyperbole would have teased it. The only options seem 1 and 2.

Very low trading activity I think explained by

Small PIs have lost so much its pointless selling. Bell has fished the pool of new small PIs dry - too many failures.

Lenders have made a paper fortune. That being the operative point "paper" its accrued interest and their capital is at risk [ as Lundy well knows].

I think Bell has screwed lenders over as much as small PIs and the realisation that the assets are pretty average and hard to crystallise value is becoming apparent.

Spec - I have said for years pari passu RRR gold assets are average. Bell would have sold any of them for peanuts over the years. Not a jot of interest.

Ironically we brought a gold asset NBGC when we had no money. I think that was a last throw of the dice from Bell who thought he could offload it with 100% ownership. Sadly not.

Still April update Monday

I have an average of about 24p and remain hopeful.

The amount of large contracts they have won despite this turmoil is eye-watering. Commercial due diligence would stop customers contracting with WG if there were existential issues.

I would take 35p but like others would not be surprised if it takes a few twists and turns more favourable.

Also like the optimism of posters Bob who works at WG.

I was listening on the world service to the $6bn gold scam. It impacted the Canadian market. It all centred on "salted" samples from Indonesia and is a tale and a half. Not suggesting RRR is similer but for twists and turns and pure entertainment RRR is unbelievable.

I had my suspicions about the Cote - termite samples 18th October RNS. It came out of the blue and RRR were fast tracking payment to get immediate results. Complete radio silence since then. Presumably the results were rubbish or RRR thought better of what they did next ? We will never know. Termite samples is my AGM question.

But hang on they don't do AGMs .

I cannot recollect [and its not for want of trying ] when RRR pleasantly surprised holders. It either endless dilution or failing to deliver on over hyped and ramped targets.

Unbelievable Helpful still persists.

The last AGM was 16th February 2024.

The year-end accounts were 30th June 2024.

The listing requirements are

1 - AGM within 6 months of accounting period end. Failed.

2 - There should never be a gap of more than 15 months between two AGMs . Likely fail see point 3

3 - Notice of 21 clear days of a meeting should be given.

The purveyor of the " clear and informative" RNS

looks like he is failing on basic governance.

I think we need to ask the board Insider to bend Mr Bell ear on the AGM as well as the April update.

I was being generous with finance charges. The £5k a day is sterling and is $6k in your currency . It's also based on old data [ half year accounts] as debt has grown and Bell has failed to repay debt its reasonable to assume finance charges are now £7k a day.

So we can agree for once.

Quarter to June revenue will cover between 1 and 3 days finance charges.

Remember finance charges are only half RRRs cash burn so quarter to June SOMA gold royalty covers 12 to 36 hours cash burn.

Our resident insider lied about receipt of payment he said 4 - 8 weeks. I corrected him and good to see AB agrees with me.

The royalty itself would not cover half of the 130k a month finance charges.

I think Bell would have used it as collateral for lenders. He has a very bare cupboard.

RRR needs serious cash and now.

I don't see the lack of an April update as good - some serious conversations with lenders and major PIs on the unsustainable financial position will be happening.

Fully year cash flow is 0.9bn down from 1bn. That's excellent as it means the damage from lower OP has been largely mitigated.

I loved FCF update.

$1bn to $0.9bn when they plug in lower commodity prices.

The fear was a lot worse reflected in the price.

I've been an invester for nearly three years and the company allways produces blowout results.

Great price to enter at with a huge and safe dividend.
