3. Any self respecting lender takes a charge against assets. We know RRR has lots of debt. I would say its odds on the royalty won't be available to the company.

Spec they brought 200 tonnes of Lithium from a third party using considerable cash flow. Its has significant value you don't just write it off. All they wrote down was the mining licence.

The Lithium just like Greenland sale didn't exist. What does that tell you about RRR ?

Suprise suprise no 200 tonnes of Lithium. Other than the purchase of the intangible licence rights no activity at all at Tin Hill.

I have been suggesting for 18 months I believed the 200 tonnes does not exist.

Rules of scheme probably means decision needed by end of tax year [5th April] and they need to exercise in a pre- determined period else they are lost.

Zumore clearly they were embarrassed enough to drop the details on free shares from today's RNS but not embarrassed enough to take the shares.

The Board are so truly rotten to the core they have dropped all the references to free shares partnership and matching shares explained in the RNS last year.

They have still seen fit to take them but have hidden the detail.

I think they may have paid 0.0325p for 83m of the shares.

No idea where the other 63m are going.
