Strangely no attempt to get it recorded in the accounts. Its a material contingent asset and whilst it would not be recognised in terms of a value Littlejohns [ the auditors] would likely if they saw evidence include it in the notes.

Unfortunately chartists are deaf dumb and blind to circa £12m debt, 7k of finance charges a day and interest rates at 0.5% a day and 25% arrangement fees. RRR in a particularly poor place whatever the chart says in my opinion.

It's a long list of developments RRR has promised for years but not delivered on any. Dicko there is no machinery nor workers in FASO they all belonged to Riverstone and Sam. Bell said this month RRR equipment is still in customs and it will be limited as we have no money.

Getting the facts straight is important as this Board has too many ramping unsubstantiated dreamers presenting aspirations as facts.

Finances charges are 5k a DAY based on the half year report and as debt grows and terms get tougher will probably 7k a DAY now.

It amazes me the lenders are keeping this afloat. Either :

I reckon 40% reduction to closing SP so my guess is 0.025p. Perhaps a billion.

1 - Prem are diluted to death [ but no RRR consolidation yet] so we are far worse.

2 - They are still in the Lithium game. We are out. All fully impaired. 200 tonnes missing in action.

3 - They played a blinder with the raise. Good news released pushing price up from just over 0.01p to 0.05p. Then got big money in the door at 0.035p.

If RRR could do that I would be gone.

But they can't and won't.

Let's consider RRRs gold assets.

1 - Kenya 15 years plus no progress. Over $1m plus due to Migori impacting salability.

2 - Cote 18th October fast track termite samples missing in action. RRR likely delinquent on 280k per annum minimum licence commitment.

3 -Faso fiasco of a JV with Riverstone. Mike walked. No fast track of production in 2024. BELL recently told us the piddling kit we have is still trapped in customs.

4 RRAL - PoW owed a fortune. Legally we don't own it and it's thus valueless.

5 Soma royalty serious doubt if its valid as they are using ore from outside the region.

As I have told you for years RRR gold assets are average.

They have been up for sale for years and not a sniff of interest.

They are rank average all with their own issues.

Rather than posting endless and honestly boring links to gold prices why are you unable or unwilling to comment on.

2 - it's horrendous level of debt and finance charges.

There may be an Investment case here but you are not articulating it well at all.

For once it would be nice if they could provide an RNS with a pleasant suprise. Asset sale Congo sorted no strings. The SP would react and shoot up. I would be delighted.

Instead we have these huge spikes of trading activity based on no news. Its a regular with RRR. Everyone gets excited to be spiked on a pump and dump.

Let's hope its different this time but no substitute for timely news.
