It's impossible to have a debate with him as he selectively chooses to ignore key issues and risks.

Helpful thought the royalty was doubtful enough to write to the auditors. He's now claiming its cleared up.

Clearly major issues. Either

1 - WG are booking profit too early. This is a timing difference and stacks up with WG statement the issue " impacts prior accounts but NOT future cash flow"

2 - WG model is and has historically over reported profit.

The second will impact future cash flow.

I do wonder if the issues are more serious than presented and do knock onto future cash flows which is why the need for immediate re financing and a much lower offer ?

Not everyone will be a winner but I thinknits really clear Sidara want WG and I don't think they will try to lower 35p offer or pull out. They would have sounded out large PIs.

Loads of uncertainty but I think the chances the deal happens at 35p are 95%. The premium on deal price is now 50% !!

whilst he had spectrum issues, he was smart pretty well researched and it was actually him that found all.the sunday creek southern cross info which the company then issued in an rns. news was far ahead of rrr on that one.

nike is a nitpicker as kemche says aptly he could miss a forest in a relentless pursuit of a twig. that has led to many filtering him

most on here are driven by a view that helpful and bell are in cahoots and have misled investors many times. many have suffered personal loss.

nike has declared he doesn't like his words "pile ons" and from day 1 has taken it on himself to defend helpful and rrr. no balance no objectivity. its nike against the bashers.

i think nike is well meaning but in his world its them against us.
