I said the historic pattern points to it. There have been endless examples. A few you may remember.

- Helpful even conjured up a link to a tweet that said Midas in the Sunday Telegraph would tip RRR.

Six years of none delivery and endless ramps all with Helpfuls support and encouragement invariably to get a placing away.

Will this be different ? I doubt it.

I think ICE is obsessive, absolutely incapable of any thought process other than he was right all along and Wood is worth materially more. His conspiracy theory that this is all an incompetent board [ the one thing I agree with him on ] who are reccomending the 35p to save their own skins is quite frankly ridiculous. Needless to say the conclusion is backed up by Rothschilds and legal advisors and in time will be sold to major PIs.

James Oxford has rightly pivoted from a higher valuation to 35p. I think he sets out the case clearly and logically. Sidara won't walk and I think to 35p is nailed on [ when the evidence is presented to major holders that it is the best deal]. That could happen in suspension. Very small chance of another bid but its getting late in the day and they would have revealed their hand by now.

Spec - look at RNS data. I think RRR has approached nearly two hundred separate share issues. Its a reasonable assumption we will see more.

Large share activity despite the complete absence of news is known as a ramp. Helpful normally front and centre and that's a frequent occurrence with this share.

My view is nothing happening, placing imminent, perhaps a Reach with big news that Nomad wants no part of as its unverified.
