The Board are so truly rotten to the core they have dropped all the references to free shares partnership and matching shares explained in the RNS last year.

They have still seen fit to take them but have hidden the detail.

I think they may have paid 0.0325p for 83m of the shares.

No idea where the other 63m are going.

As ever with RRR as clear as mud.

1 - Why are the lenders continuing to fund this ? What terms and company commitments.

Look back at the Annual Report in Dec 23 - 18 months ago he was promising production gold and Lithium, asset sales and DRC early in 2024.

As Noira says in all RRRs 18 years this is the longest without an AGM and that's without the 21/28 day notice period.

Agreed Tricky my point is they are up 400% since the lows of a few months ago and as of now maintaining it. They placed into the rise and have not lost it.
