Whatever he claims the rules say he's an insider and telling lies and one directional bullish posts like he does from that position is unforgivable.

The real measure of success would be how our partner feels. They have shelled out $7.5m for one drill and get 50% of revenue. That's a serious investment and risk.

Presumably the next big release is reserves report if its proved at the hoped for 2m recoverable barrels all is good we get a free carry and $40m

The question then becomes is it replicable and what are entire basen reserves.

Zumore I had the same thoughts about PoW and both the 0.15p figures and 0.041p which crops up a lot.

Your phrase the intention to mislead sums it up beautifully.

1 - There is a question mark is it accrued interest [ currently 130k a month] or principle they are settling ?

2 - Why the secrecy on who the lenders are ? And what the rates are ? Why when shares are issued to "supportive lenders" is there no holdings RNS.

Clearly RRR don't want us to know. That should send alarm bells to all holders.

Personally I think 0.041p is a reference point in the debt agreement. All of the activity two weeks back when the resident insider was in overdrive was to get the price up to meet the conditionality of the loan agreement to issue at 0.041p

Had they not succeeded its open to conjecture what the lender could have done.

The lack of transparency on the financial arrangements implies they are pretty horrific.

Most company's would disclose more but not RRR.

Is it any suprise that holders speculate as they tell us nothing.

Still April update !! No doubt we will be regailed with the normal progress in DRC and interest NDAs on our asset. It's all wearing very thin..

We've had this debate a few times its normally quarterly in arrears for Royalties at best so 4 months minimum wait.

The current finance charges RRRs figures are £1.7m a year 130k a month.

Royalty welcome but does not touch the sides.

They need DRC and in my opinion that dead.

So a week late tommorrow.

I remember saying they had three days last week and Lundy correcting me and saying they had five days. He added in the weekend.

Doesn't matter how you spin it Stephen RRR is incapable of hitting any timeline or any milestone.

I bet you wish you were resident insider to any company but this? But you are embedded now and will see it through to the end :) RRR in a good place :)

The resident insider can find nothing else to come back on but to scoff about my spelling and cycling interest.

Six years of ramping from 1p to 0.035p and he suggests the latest placing is a good thing. RRR is allways in good place.

Never mind the latest placing is 15% or so of the company for around seven weeks of accrued interest [ 130k a month - not my figures RRRs].

No wonder he has zero to say other than criticism of spelling and sad comments about Lycra.

So Mr Lundy was so anxious to discredit me he looked at my other shares. Zphr. I commented I had put big money in for me at 2.9p.

Helpful said it was very risky, he didn't fancy it. Too difficult geography A month ago his " city mates" reckoned it was in trouble or so he told me.

Just like RRR - ZPHR is on AIM.

Just like RRR news was due but did not come at the end of April.

Difference

1 -ZPHR issued an RNS explaining the delay on 30th April.

2 - ZPHR has not issued equity for over three years.

3 ZPHR issued a 29 second video this morning [ not 29 minutes ] suggesting testing was going very well and the CEO could barely disguise his excitement.

4 - Just like RRR 4 years in the waiting but great communication, constant updates. All debt disclosed and individual and blended debt rates circa 10% per annum.

Next week will be a good one for ZPHR.

I raise this for no other purpose than to highlight how awful Lundy is. He peddles one dog of a share and disparages anybody or anything else.

You have to clearly answer why does he stick to RRR with so many other opportunities there ? Answer he's an insider and works either directly or indirectly for the company IMO.

At least the debtors get some accrued interest.

You really have no contrition for your awful part in this nonsense of a share.

1 - Same impact dilution = more shares

2 - Interest is accuing at 130k a month [ source half year account]. Presentationally RRR dresses this up as a debt repayment but it doesn't touch the sides. Debt is growing.

3 - Premium as debt holders including you will likely get a haircut pretty soon - so even they have a gun to their head !

4 -8 covered by answers above.

9 - I'm pretty confident debt holders have reluctantly agreed to take accrued interest in shares as accrued interest is lower down the prioritisation list when a winding up takes place.

Fabled April update next week - more of the same zero for long suffering holders no doubt.

It divides opinion but I am utterly convinced that by putting the statement in italics and attributing it to the chairman on the Jan 25 interest in RRR asset it means no obligation on the Nomad to check.

Bell knows every trick in the book. So considering April's promised update

1 - Reach = company nonsense.

2 - RNS chairmans comment in italics-= italics part likely nonsense.

3 - RNS no chairmans comments or italics = could be the real deal.

Even I might buy on [3] as Nomad will check and check as they will be aware of RRRs unenviable reputation.

All in my opinion of course.
