So from now until 30th September we need £1.386m to keep us afloat less 20k from Soma = £1.366m.

Based on an issue price of 0.035p today that's 4bn shares.

The risk is they come with one to one warrents. I agree if exercised that's cash but it's dilution off the scale.

I see lots of risk and very little prospect of reward short term ?

Presumably Faso transaction or transactions has been consigned to history.

Andrew is likely to need that AGM soon for authorities.

Dicko we established [ thanks to Zumore] there was no evidential basis of the £420m.

Bell has said the Arbitration comes before the litigation.

Given he's spent 3 years and six months and 21 visits to the DRC with zero success on the Arbitration talk of litigation is fanciful.

Meanwhile in the real world RRR has 10-12m in debt. £1.6m a year in finance charges [ company figure interim accounts) and dilution over 4 months of 26%.

Risks here are appaling in my opinion and reward is remote.

Check the numbers on dilution and warrents Helpful it's easy six RNSs.

Others will vouch you have frequently said we were wrong on dilution.

You are a nailed on insider and in denial in my opinion.

Consider 30th Dec 2024 RRR had 5.655bn shares.

15th May 2025 they have 7.154bn.

Effectively 1.5bn new shares or 26% dilution just to cover finance charges and running costs for 4 months and two weeks. Its eye watering.

Add to this in the same 4 months and 2 weeks they have issued

210m warrents exercise price 0.04p to 0.05p AND

146m freebies under Director incentive plans.

Not only was Helpful Lundy wrong as he allways is but the position is in my opinion at RRR is unsustainable.

So 57m shares gets us the princely sum of 19k. Notice how they have suppressed disclosing the actual cash they raised. This is three days of finance charges [ based on RRRs own figures].

The financial position is desperate.

Zumore couple of observations.

Remember two years back when Bell claimed he was offered half of DRC settlement and turned it down !!

We all thought it was nonsense and he only said it to demonstrate progress.

Bet he wished he had taken half ? But no he preferred at least £1.6m a year in finance charges.

Wonder what our resident insider investment advisor would have done ?

The company insider whist unable to comment on any company negatives due to contract of employment restrictions is alluding to
