If he's close and succeeds ? How many CLNs are there ? £4m what's the terms ? Could it be 0.035p plus warrents like the 2025 conversions? How many shares is that ? Why have we not had an AGM ? What does the AGM do ? Who controls the current Share base answer CLN holders.

So they vote yes for lots more shares as they benefit not me.

Pete I frequent the RRR board and we have in my opinion a nailed on insider post. He uses DYOR and IMO everytime. There is an argument it protects them from legal claims etc. But agree its over used.

I'm going to cut down my posting much to everyone's releif.
