Dukey I did the calculation yesterday 1.2bn of warrents at low prices are outstanding .

By way of example yesterday 19k was raised from 57m shares at 0.035p but Bell is so caught by the short and curry's we added 57m warrents at 0.04p.

£10-12m in debt. £1.6m a year in finance charges some at 0.5% interest a day plus 25% arrangement fee.

It's a warning sign a raise is needed for 19k. After costs including RNS its more like 16k. Should have used Lundy. His loans are interest free :)

Please exercise caution.

Tom Winnifrith is saying what many on here have said for years RRR only exists to issue shares !!

The fact that on the 31st March Bell promised an Operational update on a list of things in the half year report but sadly only updated on more shares proves Winnifrith right.
