Hi Silverfoxy. I'm not going to sell up yet I'm still well in profit with most of my holding having bought loads during the Rights issue. The first lot I bought was when they were Wolverhampton and Dudley I've lost so much with them I try to forget about it. This share price has not grown really since they took over Marstons. I'm happy with my lot just concerned with what's happening. The Rose &Crown in Severnstoke is one of my favourites, the chef has just taken the lease and the food is really good. I hope the river doesn't flood by there but it's looking ominous

Hi Trent this price looks as though it's going lower again. I've just been in the Bluebell in Malvern the staff are running round like headless chickens and I've come to the conclusion it's the minimum wage rise is the issue at the moment. They must have cut the staff numbers down. I'm hearing loads of complaints about the food quality has gone down in numerous of marstons pubs. I've decided to e mail RF of my concerns

I've been in this share a long time and dismayed by the constant dropping of the share price. In my opinion they have concentrating too much on the new builds and forcing up the debt pile, which is reason for the drop I think. My local Marstons was a cheap 2 for £10 meal deal but it has had a refurbishment and is very nice. The food though is not great and isn't worth the price now being asked for. The staff are very friendly but the wait for the meal is unacceptable

Before she joined Magnolia Rita had a reputation of starting companies and selling them on for a large profit. That was her mission here. I wonder if that is still her aim

I remember NR going to Suriname he seemed to be excited by the prospects there. I believe maps of the oilfields were posted on the LGO web site showing the existing wells. I wonder if he has told Leo of his visit, would be surprised if he hasn't.

Can I bring up the subject of water injection. One of the RNS stated 500 bopd would be injected back into the field, this is from water separated from the oil. From memory one of NR presentations stated it would take 12 months to see any increase in production, but I believe that to be on a field wide basis. I wonder how long on a localised basis this injection will see a significant increase in production

LLL I've been in enough oilies to know how risky exploration can be. The SW peninsula is an exciting prospect, the information from the one deep drill must give vital clues to what they will encounter. The big guys are drilling offshore and are already producing oil. CERP might hit water, chance of success in any drill is never much over 40%, but this team know what they are doing and I have every faith in them to succeed in their goals

Yes I'm expecting an Easter egg from Rita but doubt if there will be anything inside :((

Hi in4c. At Bonasse we originally had the deeper rights below 7000 feet so NR must have believed there was oil down there but at 23 at the shallows do you you reckon it could be a lower index lower down. Just thinking out loud cos I haven't seen the geology for this area

Hi Chesh I'm not either, I remember doing an American pen index test when I did my Street Works Act course for testing tarmac, that's why I'm interested. I believe the deeper you go the heavier the oil and lower index. This is what could lie beneath Goudron when it cooks the lighter oil rises. That is my take on it probably totally incorrect :))

I noticed that Bonasse has an api of 23 whereas Goudron is in the high 30's. Getting closer to Venezuela will the quality get poorer as we move into the SW peninsula? Can't remember what api Icacos has.

I've been in this share since before Rita got knocked over by a cyclist. Put them in the bottom draw just can't look to see how much I've lost , very disappointed with the way things are going. What is there to be positive about :((

Hi TT12 I never knew that rig went so far north, you must be very hardy and brave the challenges you face out there in the middle of nowhere, even the steak night :)) I've never been so cold as I was at Canvey island building the pipe racks for the heat exchangers but expect it a lot colder where you are. Thanks for the last post it's given me more confidence in Leo to do well
