Hi Nige take your point about HSBC v builders. Brexit won't affect HSBC in the way you say a report recently pointed out that London could be more of draw for the big financials after we leave and the Europeans will still need finance from London. Builders being cyclical will all go up or all go down maybe on a whim from Trump. I would rather not have my eggs in one basket and spread it around with income coming in all time. My Tw certificates I've got left were from the 25p rights issue what yield is that. My calculator not got big enough numbers :))

Was trying to convince a group of friends in the pub last night that the v power diesel is better value still than ordinary even though it is approaching £1.40. My car does about 13 miles to a litre down the motorway which is just over 10p a mile, but on ordinary I only get about 9 miles at £1.30 which is about 14p a mile. They still going to buy the cheaper fuel. Doh

Hi Tom. My luck continues today NAHL up now in profit :)) apparently they one of the biggest conveyance search companies and yesterday's agm the said the residential market is challenging. Hi Silverfoxy yes might have done. I've moved the other side of the river so don't use it so much these days. Used to sit in the garden till dusk and watch the bats flying into the church. Jazz nights I liked and morris dancers.

The reason I have AIM shares mainly in oil is besides being more exciting they are exempt from inheritance tax and I keep that below the limit, it is nerve racking at times and a lot of trolls on the board's which I don't like. You must be one of those youngsters :)) 2 marstons pubs I use in Worcester one is a managed house pint of Bank s bitter £2.20 the one up the road tenant house £3.70 but on a sunny day nowhere better , one of the only pubs on consecrated ground next to the church. Being next to the church a new boss took over some years ago and was looking forward to the weddings but the old landlord said forget the weddings you want the wakes cos they can't see their change with tears coming down their cheeks:))

Hi JB the privilege card is 20% off food in managed houses not tenanted , unfortunately it is not on the drinks. Greene king s scheme is on both but only in managed houses and only twice a month M&B you only need 1 share to get on the scheme. Hic :))
