On Friday the bid dropped : 0.19 - 0.22

Today the Bid ask is 0.2 - 0.22

This is deadly flat!

We are up 13% because the closing auction of Friday was at the bid. So today'sprice is practically flat.

The real catalyst here will be getting grants to to cover trial expenses for 0114 and 015 with withe overheads and top up from US investors they are targeting.

002 now needs a better IP protection (patent next?) and results for toxicological studies required by NIDA.

Once IND enablig application is filed, 002 will be a mature asset and should be priced accordingly.

The number is that they ask to rise up to 5m. The 75% dilution comes out if they print shares at nominal value of 0.1p. If they print at today's value they print half of that shares. That said, asking for a permission is different than using it at full capacity on the same day. How and how much they can use has been discussed and I am not going to repeat it here.

Our overseas saviours are patiently sitting in the background and waiting for Mr 5m and bored UK pi to lower their bids. But at the end of the day most shares get bought, which is what matters.

Putting a target and a deadline to the sp makes little sense unless you need the cash soon. We might not reach it or we can overshoot it by a multiple.

Right now the question is whether they will get grants or/and need to rise and how much. One way or the other, by the end of the year that question will be answered, so the real question will be how long to go before the next fruit to catch.

since Tuesday last week we had roughly 130mm buys vs 150m sells. The net selling is only about 20m, but the sp went from 0.25 - 0.25 on Tuesday morning to 0.26-0.28 on Wednesday peak to 0.21-0.22 of today. Somebody is getting these shares cheaply .

Agree. He basically picks a list of stocks that moved up and says they could move further up, just because...

5m sell blocks occurred also at 0.21 0.22 levels. Not sure there could be repurchased at profit... But certainly the current level seems holding decently.

You can agree that someone buying £10000 worth of orr now, is roughly buying 0.06% of the company, regardless how many shares he is getting? That is it.

It also matters who is holding the shares, and whether is willing to hold for a long term rerate or flip for a quick 10% profit. The biggest problem with orr is that the amount of shares are in the hand of the second category pots a constant cap. However constant flow of good news attracting new buyers could eventually reverse that.
