Without reading again from memory PR say the sales figures are the second best they have had this half year. There are no more provisions for the lease saga envisaged and are 94% solved. I would have cut and paste but I'm waiting for my new computer (oops not allowed to talk about that, roll on tomorrow). I read it on seekingalpha if you want to read it

On the road map it states £0.5bn but they are nearly the same value anyway. I believe LK will get us pass that figure anyway if we get the big acquisitions but I'm patient and just want Goudron to get us to £100m soon at the mo ATB:))

Hi Tom, Riolto. Just read the very long transcript from the agm call. Just for Solley Peter Redfern said there is no new news. Q&A seemed to be London weighted. Planning in London is tougher with the new mayor settling in. Sales rates not effected by the weather but construction has 20 days to catch up which they see as doable. They don't normally comment on the weather but this year has been different. He wouldn't comment on the dividend policy till the Capital Markets Day. Kingscross site selling very well, good opportunities available in London . ATB :)))

I watched the video of Tony Hawkins thought he was very impressive. I think the news flow in the coming months/year will increase dramatically, steady rises in production from workovers at Goudron then steady increase from Bonasse workovers before drilling starts. Then Spain might happen. I for one wouldn't worry about putting more in here if a big deal came along. ATB :))

I've been reconstructing my garden steps this morning and I've just looked in here to see the friendly chat. Quite surprised at being lambasted for posting what I thought would be of help to lot of other people who are struggling with their computers. The waterflood project to my mind is what will bring the big money from Goudron. I've been looking at that chart on the website and can see where the pressures increase but I believe it will take far more water than 1000bpd to get the same out, and in time this will happen we will have to be patient

Hi David I was in your position in 2007 , had a lot of these shares accumulated from years of Bryant share options then the crash happened. Very disheartened. They are now in a much stronger position . Since then I have spread my portfolio a lot thinner still got a lot here but I prefer quarterly divis HSBC , BP, Londonmetric keeps the funds topping up. All the best whatever you decide to do :))

I mentioned in my last post that my computer has gone slow, well I've tried cleaning, defragging, ccleaner, deleting files and running malwarebytes/hitmanPro to no avail. My lad has found out that the chip might be compromised and IBM have issued a patch but this has slowed many computers. The patch checks everything before it runs, slowing down everything. It only affects older machines how old I don't know. I'm having to get new computer. Just watched Click on BBC talking about criminals using home computers for Bitcoin mining, perhaps it's the same issue

I am a supporter of RF I like his style and his willingness to communicate with investors but I do get concerned at times when I see things going adrift, mainly at the moment is the standard of the food, presentation and customer experience. I've been to one pub at lunchtime 3 times recently and seen people send their meals back Are they growing too quickly is in the back of my mind Think the beers side is great at the moment

Hi Nige Exciting times being a granddad, there were loads of suggestions what I was going to be, a granddad or Bamps :)) got 4 now great times and exhausting. Something upgraded on my computer and it gone extremely slow was lucky to be able to buy yesterday was trying at 1.85 but by the time my computer woke up got 1.86. I not very keen on PSN mainly due to the excessive raw structure hope their new chairman from Marstons posts them out. I was very sorry to see him go from there good ceo and 8% divi. I'm not adverse though on buying high price stocks Croda great stock. I think Tw will get to 205 but nervous of the drop as last year

When LK took over and hearing his first interviews I was of the opinion it would take him 18 months to get this field working productively and sorting out any issues. The waterflood starting was an added bonus. My 18 months is looking slightly too long. My optimism of 2012 is returning and looking forward to the next 3 years. Thanks LK :))
