I would have liked to have gone to the presentation but I'm a hopeless traveler, would have liked the discussions. I should have gone to Morocco today with the other Sound energy investors to see the spudding of their big well but the thought of the traveling. Oh well maybe I put on a braver face for a visit of the spudding of our first SWP well and continue my discussion with Ross oh perhaps not :))

Hi Ross That's the difference between me and you ,I don't see the position Cerp are in at present problematic. I see the acquisition of Steeldrum a perfect fit. We have the skills set for the underground and steeldrum the infrastructure and liaison. The work force and management seem to be keen on the merger, more career prospects. Capex can be targeted to get the best rewards and not thrown at difficult targets. If the Snowcap well comes in the 1000 bopd will be game on in my opinion :))

Hi Ross Shareholder value I'm not too sure how much you expect from him. A company on its knees to one looking at mergers and acquisitions , money in the bank, 4 deals completed, doubled the number of oilfields, doubled the bopd , 2 institutional investors , a loyal shareholder base and the sp has doubled. All in 15 months. I can't quite see what else he could have done in that short time. Will he do it again in the next 12 months - possibly :))

Hi Ross I have to disagree when you say the shine has come off. His performance on the presentation was brilliant you , can see he is a very dominant, forceful character and knows where he is taking Cerp. This morning is a bit of a blip but that's circumstance and something you could see he didn't like Let's let him get on with his job, he's got the buzz going again from the near disastrous LGO days and I don't believe there is another leader out there that could have achieved what he has

LLL it's quite obvious that Leo does not like the Lind facility from that interview and would only use it if something with encouraging came along
Deep down although I don't like the dilution route it will be great not having to pay $60,000 a month back to Lind every month

Just watched the interview I thought his body language was a bit twitchy/ uncomfortable, probably waiting for the reaction he gets.
His advice to buy on the dips gives me the feeling I should be adding but I have like many a high average cos I kept buying on the dips. I'm nervous now of more dilution without our involvement.
Short term blip for me, Leo is going to make this a great company but I'm going to wait to see how this pans out before buying anymore ( I haven't sold one share here since investing when they got the Goudron license)

Hi Bigmj I can understand your reasoning for pumping more money in to this great prospect and well done to you. From my point of view I have a feeling of deflation at the moment that we are not seen as part of the journey. I'm still though excited about the SWP prospects ATB :))

In my opinion a no sale would not be the worst case scenario for me. Sound will just carry on and go into production producing 60mm cuf per day with probable farm outs. The worst case for me would be an all share sale with say an American or Chinese company and not accepted in my ISA. Not too sure how that would pan out

I believe the placing is better than using the Lind facility . When I was watching the presentation he mentioned about Schroders and mj , a placing went through my mind is coming, didn't think it would be this quick. I'm a bit disappointed we all couldn't participate as Leo promised last year starting to feel like the old days :(( However I can see the benefits of the placing and I hope he gives us news of progress before the next quarterly update My real concern is a major acquisition (project Green) how is that to be funded I'm still very positive though of a great success brewing

We've only had the initial results of HAD005 drilling since 1st Oct which showed double the core length of HAD001 of significant mineralization of 239m.
Lab tests results are due in about 4 weeks.
The second drill of this campaign has already started and initial results are due soon
This is going to be a fantastic project to be involved in, just as gold prices are on the rise

Leo came over very comfortable with the position the company is in
He stated the December figures will be 1,000 bopd peak but there after sustainable
He's very excited about project green which has just started - is this the biggie :))))

Rex Caribbean held the IPSC of Innis Trinity when Ritson failed to obtain it from them. Could this be just the shares issued to them and their Norwegian partners for the sale I would like to thank Offerman for his efforts . Less than 18 months ago we were all concerned that Lgo were going under, no money, falling sp , falling production and then BAM this whirl wind called Leo took over. His optimism was infectious but none of us knew the can of worms he was going to find. In just 15 months he's steered us into a position I would never of dreamed of when NR was in charge. Every quarter report is getting better and better Whatever this crew of negative posters come up with will not diminish my belief in this company to produce the goods. Wish I could have gone to the presentation . Looking forward to the interviews :))

Before x divi is not a good time to buy especially in a falling market. The best buying time is after the x divi and wait for next years divi. You can't hold the company responsible for people buying high and losing out . This share price seems to be holding while all around others are falling so what's not to like about that

Great minds think a like, was only a momentary thought. I would prefer them to have the £4m and get on with the SWP that would get the sp flying :))

One way CERP could leave the Aim market is a reverse take over of Predator as they are on the main market. Only downside we would have a license in the Celtic sea but could sell it
