Just been reading about Pacific Rim Energy inc, 2 years ago they were seeking joint partners for the reactivation of mature oil fields that are abandoned , containing 17000 wells in 100 abandoned fields. 30-50 API ranging from 100m to 5bn reserves. Only trouble it's in Venezuela. In the Trinidad News there's some discussion about joint collaboration with Venezuela, If politics change with the US/Venezuela issue it could be a cheap place to get into

Hi in4 Yes I remember someone having a go at him . When most on here I believe trust Leo to control the cash burn . We all know it takes a lot of cash to extract oil and are content with Leo's management. I hope we will all be allowed to participate if they need more money

Hi Ross This company tends to put questions asked of it on the Q&A page. I'm sure there was a question about cash burn recently but I've not looked lately. It's Leo's liken to have quarterly up dates and presentations and takes time then to meet investors. Would it be best for you to go to the next one and express your concerns directly. My other share has regular fire side chats when you can phone in and speak to the ceo directly, their cash burn has been huge but then so is the gas finds and the many multiples of the share price is game on. Wouldn't be the share for you if you worried about our piddly little cash burn :)))))

Hi offerman There's nothing wrong in dreaming. I liked a post from my others shares BB , a shareholder asked the ceo "could this company be sold on a valuation of £65 "the ceo replied " well what about £85" now that's a dream and a half :))))))))))

Hi offerman I'm sure you didn't make a mess of investing in LGO you seem to have had a similar path to me. I originally invested cos of the assets and tried to research through the hype, I never like selling apart from recouping original costs. I still believe in the assets even more so now LK in charge I'm looking forward to bigmj getting his £20m it would mean we've all done alright :))

Hi Ross I don't mind you bringing up concerns but you are too worried about cash burn. Why don't you e mail Gordon and express your concerns. Regarding buying under 3p I doubt anyone will be able to buy under that figure as the spread will be stretched too much and investors here will be snapping them up including me if the spread tightens

Ah the cash burn agenda again I can't understand why someone not invested here should be worried about it, it's Gordon's worry not yours. I'm sure he is capable of keeping control of it. There's a lot to achieve before the SWP starts and now the Spain interruption, 6 months of 1000 bpd will help Gordon :)) If you are looking at getting in a lot lower I personally think you missed the boat

The forth coming drilling plan will guide LK where to drill in the SWP. I'm expecting him to pick a site for the first drill that will produce oil quickly and not necessarily a high target, so that each well will pay for the next. When a few wells are drilled then go for the high target or a multiple "octopus" well That's only my opinion but he could surprise us all and go for the high target straight away

Hi Nige Looking at the trades something happening . Before 16.30 trades are in the 100s and 1000s next half hour they are in the 10,000s and 100,000s and 30m not shown yet. Probably doesn't mean anything with 3.2bn in issue but is it the start lets hope so

Just watched a video of a Canadian company called Carbon Engineering ltd. Very interesting a small unit can be installed anywhere and capture CO2 from the air. Another device can be fitted to vehicles to capture it from emissions. Worth a quick look( not a ramp I don't know the company)

Hi Ken I been to Tenerife a few times had some really good walks up to the top of the crater and the mountain in the NE overlooking Gran Canaria but last time had a sand storm for 6 days so I won't come and spoil your sun :)) It dark and raining here in Malvern, can't complain not had much rain here in last 6 months and the ground is still rock hard. Hi Nige I know it will take time to get to £3 ,Sound Energy is hopefully my get out clause. This company Tw and other builders are sat on their hands with big cash piles I can see consolidation happening soon and Tw should be at the forefront. It will propel the sp northwards in my opinion :))

Hi Ken I can't say I remember that story. My other half gets white finger quite bad when the temperature drops so one year we went to Lanzarote in January and it snowed. We went on the camels in a snow storm :(( to escape we went on ferry to Fueturventura very hot, returned back to Playa Blanca in the snow. Conclusion never go on holiday where I go :))))

Hi Nige If the sp ever rose to £3 I shall be off for the winter as well. I've been on building sites all my life and every winter that goes by I feel the cold more and more. My family in Cognac would love me to move there but that's not for me, they'd have me helping on their refurbs and no cricket, rugby, football all too far to get to. Sun and sea suits me better Have a good week end :))

Hi leas Last time I e mailed my concerns to Ralph he was more interested about the scores on Trip advisor rather than sorting out issues. The food in my local is still as bad as when I e mailed him, locals only use it for drinking not many people revisit it for food. The beer side is really good though. Time to sell on the food division in my opinion and concentrate on what they do best and give some benefit to the long suffering share holders
