Hi Nige, Tom Glad I got out of Bdev when I did, was expecting big drop at x divis so made the right choice for once. Most of my little shares are holding their price at mo. Made a bit on the big rise at Britvic the other day, so there is still profits to be had in this market. Builders divis too far in the future for me at mo so just holding here and Galliford . Been sat outside with a cuppa but wind picking up again :)))))

My friend did all the insurances for Bryant and had to go to Taylor's insurances dept. He was a bit taken aback cos it was in a 4 storey office block. He came back feeling underpaid which we all felt and Taylor's took over and raised all the salaries

Hi John Not a good time all round at the moment. The builders seem to be taking the brunt of a lack of consumer confidence at the moment. The question is finding another share that recovers your loses and commissions and also doesn't go down like that recent chap who sold and went to Barrett and lost out both ways. I've been here long time and stuck through all the low times but keep reaping the divis and covered all my costs. Good luck with whatever you decide to do :))

Hi Tom Were you with Taylor Woodrow then. I remember when they took over Bryant all the directors descended on us there were lots of presentations and interviews. I jumped ship , I wouldn't sign to say I'd travel all over the UK. Gave up 12 months notice, I knew they wouldn't honour it which is what happened to my mate's, they got garden leave and health MOTs wasn't good time but came out with loads cash from share options and shares. Sold a few when they hit £5.30 . Been buying dribs and drabs of Ggp when divis come in and a small bit from here, not daring to put as much as you in and top slicing when I can. Great prospect Want to put more into Cerp but family getting at me about climate change , quarterly update in a couple of weeks ,could go up a lot if good but 6 months time should see a big difference. Hi Tom All shares are categorized in high, medium or low sectors Unit trusts, tracker funds have also those risk status and fund managers use brokers recommendations to include what share fits in what fund. Any high risk share will not be traded in a low or medium fund. In my annual review with the bank they take one look at my portfolio and immediately write High risk - builders and oilers My wife is medium risk- she has a few of Tw but not enough to gain a high risk status ATB :))

Hi Lee Dreaded name Barclays, I spent from last Oct till this Aug trying to transfer out my ISA and market master, they said it would take 4-6 weeks. Now going through the Ombudsmen. Total ******* I like BP quarterly divis, I luckily sold before the Deep Horizon troubles, back in last year, holding while the dollar strong Sold my Lloyds recently and topped up Ggp This time of year is normally the low time in Tw calendar as its a good 6 months till next divis . I've got a trading pot here and been moving what's left to Ggp again and hope to bring profits back here but might go via Cerp :)) My plans always change :)) I've always liked oilers, find it exciting but with climate change looming I'm changing to alternative technologies like ITM Power. Hope you get on ok with Tw ATB :))

Hi Tom Had a great day yesterday at auction in Clevedon in sunshine and found a nice Italian place for lunch Murray's very good. Bit depressing weather today though looks like Tw bottomed out but who knows. More news next week should propel Ggp All the best :))
