However Leo has stated if opportunities come along that are accretive he may have to use this tool, but for production and especially the SWP they have set plans in place not to dilute as stated in the questions and answers

On exploration success the Company would seek to progress innovative additional funding arrangements in an accretive manner to appraise and then develop the SWP and has had discussions with numerous parties interested in assisting the Company unlock the huge potential of the SWP. There are plenty of financing options available to the Company that would not result in significant dilution should the Company see success in its exploration activities. In my opinion the Company seems to have future funding plans for the SWP well under control

Hi Tom Didn't see much on tv went to the service in Malvern Primary was ok, it was packed. My granddad was shot in the knee in 1916 and was still passed fit to go back. The Cam Highlanders were in a big battle in 1917 can't find out whether he was there. On demob all the English were locked in the barracks for their safety as the Glaswegians were out for blood, I bet that story doesn't come out in the news. He was a very hard man but not as hard as my mum's dad ended up in Ireland I can't put those stories on here. We've been a very lucky generation :))

Hi troubles I'm glad I've got them , the grandkids are interested too having learnt it at school. I still feel a bit sorry for my granddad after signing up for 7 years in 1907, in 1914 he was sent to France and were overwhelmed by the German advance, they were told to run with their heavy sodden kilts, they were ordered to remove them. I still can't believe the Germans never turned around and ran away with that sight :))

Hi HH, Nige I'm not convinced buy backs work, if you look at HSBC and BP they've pumped millions into their buy backs but they keep issuing shares instead of divis as well. The actual shares in issue remains the same. Anyway more important off up to the war memorial for the ceremony, found my granddad's medals from the Cameroon Highlanders I'm very proud of him

Ross you are clutching at straws now. LK won't jump in and spend £4m, you must have heard him say he's going to tackle deepening wells in Bonasse and icacos to increase production where the profits are higher than Goudron before the SWP. Schroders, Burg and bigmj have just invested £2.5m into the company so it wouldn't have to use the Lind facility. They'd be fairly annoyed if it was used now. LK has repeatedly stated the SWP will be funded from cash flow The Predator deal means CERP will be taking profits without investing anymore cash I don't think you are evil just obsessed and stressed about something you have totally no connection with. Get invested and show us your positive side

It's getting a bit monotonous this cash burn issue why can't you change tact nobody wants to listen to it. Leo's had a tough time turning this around he needs time. The acquisitions are important to spread the risks. The assets/potential here are huge the rewards are coming. We all know a deal is not imminent there's a lot of work to do before any deal if any. You can't build a company without spending money. Let's hope their not thinking of taking Range over

Hi offerman The Predator deal is quite interesting from my point of view. CERP just sit back and let them do the work and share the profits. They've cornered the market with Trinidad co2 apparently so we don't have to worry about obtaining the co2. Predator have the option of obtaining the license with agreement of CERP for £4m+. If PRD have cornered the market for co2 further deals with them could be advantageous perhaps at Goudron after waterflood. Better still contract Carbon Engineering ltd to install one of their units on site to produce our own co2 Only a thought :))

Hi leas The cheaper side of the business seems to be doing ok in my opinion, it's the destination pubs where they have nearly doubled prices with the same cheap food that appear to be failing. For instance the old colonial in Weston s mare on the sea front on the end of a row of hotels all with large external seating. On one sunny early October day all the hotels were very busy but no one was in the colonial. My friend and myself went in and came out again bit shocked at the state of it. I've been a long term holder since investing in Wolverhampton and Dudley breweries before taking over Marstons. The sp was in the £11 with a very good divi. What have we got now after spending millions and millions on acquisitions and growth- a very disappointing share price, a divi yield that's very high but isn't as attractive as the W&D divi and probably not sustainable. When are the share holders of this share going to see some benefit. I'm normally a positive investor but am really frustrated when I can see things falling apart

Anybody know whatever happened to Moruga North license. LGO were about to be operators in 2012 from Advance oil, located 35km west of Goudron , I haven't made any notes to what happened to it. Off topic one of the world's hottest chile - the Moruga scorpion
