........On further reflection I'm not convinced that Han**** was talking about AVCT. AVCT has mentioned very little about any kind of partnership with any government programs with the exception of CONDOR. I'm beginning to think Han**** may be talking about a rival company closely linked to the consortium that was referenced.

.......Just listened to the interview and yes, as I stated, Han**** did imply that it wouldn't be in place fully for a while yet. He implied months away when he said between now and Christmas.

All that being said, if he is talking about AVCT, then knowing the government is potentially involved here is a positive. Don't think the SP will do much only spike a few until we get an RNS stating the numbers. The market needs to know that the test is well over 95% specific and sensitive as Alastair promised in May, plus the market needs to know what sort of revenue can be expected.

.........Surely the BAMS test at the very least should be done and dusted by now. What makes Alastair so averse to getting a single product relating to covid to market and generating revenue. He's had long enough now.

Of course, the rapid test living up to the standards he promised in May and selling as everyone hopes is the only thing that will get this above 150p now IMO.

One other thing I found poor in todays RNS was the "Undisclosed amount" bit. Means absolutely nothing to the market whatsoever.

I said months ago the progress looked like it was at least two or three months behind the timeline Alastair was touting to get the placing away back in May. The abuse I got was phenomenal. So do you now accept that the mid-summer timeline which changed to simply "Summer" after he got the £50m is not on track now?

Let's assume I'm everything people are claiming I am and much worse. Put your feelings about me to one side and consider the questions I'm asking. Are they valid, or are they not. I know at that point your ego will kick in and say, "ah but he has a nefarious motive for asking those questions", just like it does with most people here who don't like difficult questions. So for arguments sake, let's assume I am asking the question for some abominable reason, fine. Ask yourself the same questions again, and whether I'm a bounder or a saint, the question and it's answer don't change do they?

That's a lesson in formal logic for anyone who is interested. It can help you in life. Remove emotion and address the constants.

The point is. If you had any sense as shareholders. You'd all be hounding Alastair to buggry until he's got a banging fecking headache. He's had £50m and where is everything he promised?

Instead, you all sit here, day in, day out, never holding any companies to account, just giving them all a free pass, ramping away to both pacify your own doubts and hopefully suck other silly sods in.

The market works better and companies are better behaved when people make a noise. Unfortunately most AIM investors are the equivalent of North Korean citizens, and most AIM executives are the equivalent of your Great Leader.

.........If AVCT is close to news and close to getting this test to market. Why is every company and it's dog getting a mention in the media lately except AVCT? 90 minute tests, 60 minute tests. Hearing loads mentioned but not hearing anything on the news about a 10 minute test.

Also, if this test was close, why have the government not put in any pre-orders. Why are the government signing contracts with everyone but AVCT? The government will surely be watching AVCT closely, so why aren't they buying?

People here really need to look at what's going on around them and not just rely on the empty news coming out of the company and guesswork being thrown around by the likes of Ophidian, BBN and Myles. They're obviously all up to their eyeballs here and trying desperately to paint the delays and lack of news as something other than what it is, and IMO it ain't good.

Take no notice of the characters pushing everything else about this company and playing down the importance of the LFD. Make no mistake, the LFD is the only thing that is worth anything here for the next two years at least, and it's a shzit or bust play from this mcap IMO.

I'll conclude by saying the ramping on this bb is among the worst I've seen in years verging on psychotic. Hopefully the more voices of reason there are here the more it will spur on reasonable discussion.

Well that doesn't bode well then does it. If the British government know Avacta's timeline, and out of desperation have now had no choice but to settle for a different test. Doesn't sound like we're on the verge of groundbreaking news does it?

Exactly. A "gold standard" test is worthless if it only crawls it's way to market like a tired slug. Are hospitals and labs really going to spend a large sum of money adopting AVCT's BAMS test at this point. I doubt it. What are the benefits compared to what's already being used? The BAMS may be ever so slightly more accurate to what they're already using and that's about it. Now if they'd have had it on the market 4 months ago it may have been useful. Now I don't see any value in it to the company personally.

There was only ever one penalty kick here at the current mcap, that was the LFT. Watching Alastair hobbling like a lame duck to put the ball on the spot isn't filling me with confidence now.

......I warned everyone in May about the Kamani clan, then I was proved right. I said all the evidence suggested a big delay relative to initial timelines peddled by AS, then I was proved right.

I said if the test wasn't on the market by the end of July as AS implied then the market would be flooded by other tests and major government contracts lost to the competition. I was absolutely spot on about that.

I warned there was major insider trading going on and that in spite of AS's outright denial of a placing it looked like one was being flipped. I was once again proved right.

In all the instances above I received terrible abuse for stating the obvious based on the facts, called a deramper and the usual trash by the morons on this bb.

Why people aren't up in arms right now after being rinsed for £50m with nothing having been delivered that was promised by mid-summer is astonishing.

....People under some sort of illusion that ICON owns JOE. Sefton owns JOE via Greencastle, and is allowing ICON 25% of JOE profits IF targets are met. You'll notice they still haven't disclosed what those targets are yet. For all we know the targets could be impossible to meet and I wouldn't be surprised if they were. That would definitely be the sort of filthy trick Sefton would pull. Everything they release is bullshzit to help the fund as far as I'm concerned. Assuming JOE isn't loss making, and assuming the mysterious targets are met, then I make this contract worth £37,500 to ICON. Won't go very far will it.
