The reason why "nothing" has happened to the public eye is because of suspension. We need to get to the stage of where Robert can take the business forward and make sure the JV is intact and get everything running smoothly. If Lunn goes, we will prosper.

Gasman is right, Globalvision are the best thing to have ever happened to PPP and they are still here, sticking around. There is certainly some value here otherwise why would they bother. If Lunn gets the boot at the next AGM (once its called!!!) then we can all finally prosper here and prosper we will.

I hoe we get to an agm before Lunn gets his shares, then we can return to trading without any hindrance of Lunn and only then we will realise how good this company could be, in time 30p will be achievable really quite easily.... dont forget it will be more than just four workover wells...... plus gas sales plus lithium.....

How) He could acquire the 62m shares and with that control 30% plus of the company, he can dictate any future plans and perhaps even object to any future plans even going ahead.

Why) Via his shares through different companies he can call the loan in early or even just wait until December, say we defaulted and takes the company into admin and has all the shares as well on top of the assets and be paid back via the 80m Warrants through GEM paying off petroquest first and then going into admin if you see what i mean ? No PI's to deal with, no II's either. Or he can chose to take us private but that will be more battles with PI's for him so im not sure he will do that.

Tiger, call your broker asap! They will be able to help you. You'll probably need to explain there is a GM voting form and they may need to send you it if its not on their online portal.

Robert, i promise you i am not trying to manipulate you into voting yes, i know you have always believed in PPP, yet this YES vote will probably be the nail in the coffin. What has Lunn done to prove he is going to be absolutely spot on if he gets the 62m shares and over 30% controlling stake in PPP.... I havent seen anything yet.

If we can get to the agm and Lunn is not voted back on board then Robert Menzel will be free to do as he pleases as CEO. The 30p per share you aspire to will most likely be surpassed in a few weeks, because The JV will go ahead, the investments will be in place, the assets will be worked on and they will get the best out of them.

I honestly wouldn't tell anyone how to vote but im trying to explain the scenarios that could happen. Put it this way, right now us PI's are nothing but problems for LUNN. He will take his 62m shares and obliterate us. He doesnt lose out, we do. Think and vote very wisely.

Good afternoon New Uncle, i saw your post regarding the 3p, Look the way i see it right now is all quite negative and everyone is focusing on the voting however what a few are failing to see is, the fundamentals and the assets and whats in the ground havent changed, this is purely a power struggle (mostly by Mr Lunn) trying to gain as many shares before the next agm!

With the right BOD in place, the JV will proceed, the funding is there should we need it, the investors will be there, depending what operational news is announced, if its good then this could easily see 30p plus! 30p would look cheap if all goes to plan. Right now it doesnt seem possible but all it takes is a few things to fall into place. Remember 110m shares in issue right now which isnt much at all in shares world, even if we did raise another 62m for arguments sake thats still just 170m shares in issue, again not much really.

I genuinely believe if this comes back with a new prospectus / BOD/team, new company Name?, main market listed, JV signed, big assets will be announced, 30p will be easily passed. This is a good 100m company. Just wait and see.... First stop - the vote! We need AGM and Lunn gone then the good @hit starts coming!

I don't know Zag but a few people have said it is before. I've never come across this situation before so I'm not 100% on it.

Voting Cut off I believe is 27/06 (for online entries at least).

1) What does a yes vote mean for us?

2) What does a No vote mean for us?

Q2 ends in a few days, could it be that the audit and accounts would be released as well as resume trading? Or would they announce an AGM first?

I guess the votes will dictate that.... We will know soon.

Agree zag tbh I do want it back before September. I just think we are nearly in July. Will they get everything resolved with Lunn and co and back trading by august or sept. They will do hopefully.
