There are a few going to the GM I believe and where in my posts do I slide down the Lunn reality? What is the Lunn reality?

I never once said the GV JV will not be a goer. I think it will be but I do not like SL in all of this. I don't see where he will help us?

Things in business are not always smooth sailing are they. I would like to think the JV does go ahead and together they can bring food shareholder value but unless we start seeing that the bod means well how are we ever to know!!!???

Accounts might not be great but tbh we all knew that. What we need to make sure goes well is the next part ,- the future e or PPP and GV partnership.

Whether or not they will be merged and a new company name born I don't know. Could that be announced soon maybe?

This will be a main market company so they must be confident of delivering some goods at the end o lf the day. Could they drill oil wells linking them up horizontal drilling and pipe system around the acreage. There must be plenty under ground.

I just want and need to see their operational plan and updates. Bare in mind, based in texas, another oil gas and lithium boom has started especially since what's going on in the middle east and the USA / china split...

With SL I can't ask him to bring anything to the table because what expertise does he have in this field? He just wants his money perhaps??? Will he want ppp to succeed? Id hope so if he has millions of shares!!!

Matt why would the GV deal be dead in the water? Surely that's why RM was brought in for? To ensure the companies work together to be able to get a deal done and steady the ship? Together GV and PPP could make it work with production of oil gas and lithium and make the most of the acreage within the JV?

I don't think the GV deal is dead otherwise what would be the point in all of this?

I think they meant Q2 as in April May June.

Also I think the accounts are done I don't think they are keeping us from seeing anything tbh, I think they need to do the raise to show the going concern and perhaps then there's another part which is linked to the JV. Perhaps GV renegotiated terms. Perhaps we will only find out after voting!! Which is madness to me.

They obviously want to force our hand by dangling the carrot if relisting knowing a lot of people will bite

Why do you keep mentioning Tom Evans? He's been gone ages. I think supporting Lunn and believing he is the saviour could be a big mistake based on what we know. Look at all the links back to him, it's more than just the Petroquest loan. There's some serious crazy web of companies created by ANTON the former financial secretary (lunns good friend!)

The companies are linked all over the place! Tom only had links to a couple I believe.

I think you believe Tom is this really bad corrupt lying deceitful man but I don't think he is.

Robert Menzel I'm not sure on at the moment .... He needs to prove that he can do this job and provide us with good shareholder value. SL needs to prove that he means well, that he wants ppp to succeed. If he tried anything underhanded then he will (they all) will be brought to justice.

Scccss is right. The onus is on Lunn to prove to shareholders that he and RM are on shareholders side. He could communicate the situation and future plans. Why he doesn't is beyond me tbh.

I think the registrar would know which was this is going by now? Whether they still hold the GM i dont know. I guess we could hear news any day this week tbf.

No news yet. They will know the outcome of the vote by now. Id say they may be planning their next RNS and move.

Perhaps we will get audited accounts?

Perhaps we will get Operational news and update?

Perhaps we will get the prospectus and return to trading?

I'm not sure but I doubt it as an AGM would be the most likely thing along with accounts. I would assume operational updates and future plans and prospectus would be announced closer to relisting time, Just in my opinion.

I don't know if we will hear anything today but my gut instinct says we will have news today because surely the GM won't go ahead if the No votes won? So far the meeting is still on.

Why do you guys think the directors both bought shares? I reckon they know they'll be voted out so they are doing this as a last ditch effort to stay put. Also it's cheap shares for them so they'll make the most out of it.

It also gives them % of the company and more control and influence if they are major shareholders. They must know their time is up soon.

I feel that if we go into the AGM vote with a voice then things might get better. I just don't have faith in SL and quite honestly I'm skeptical on RM...

The gem warrants only get sold when they want. They will want the share price to go up ! They will have assurance that they will make some money obviously!

Wouldn't surprise me if this still gets to 20-30p plus with the right news going forward.

It all depends on news that Robert and SL are not announcing yet.

New Uncle / Hepran - If voting does pass yes then I hope SL has absolutely 100% shareholders interests at heart. The FCA and every governing body is watching already, he cannot afford to do anything underhanded here!

I think a lot of people would be blown away with some excellent operational news. The issue at the moment is this voting and all this negativity is causing issues.

As Robert Menzel said, the full potential would be realised once the audit was completed.

Something big of material news has been held back from everyone. You say nothing has happened for a year 🧐 has it not???????

The words were from RM's RNS. They are powerful words with hints to where this would go, 🙏

"The success of the company will ONLY become evident on audit completion and resumption of shares to trading. Followed by “We will then have the opportunity to attract new investment capital and achieve a higher level of shareholder value”

As I've said for a long time, on resumption of trading we will hear operational news that's game changing and investment will be there. RM is pretty much stating that. He's obviously confident of something material that's not in the public domain yet...... This is why I've said before SL needs to go to allow RM to get on with it.

We are this close to something good. I just hope SL let's it happen.
