I've been having a look at when the deadline for an AGM is. Everywhere seems to point to it must be held within 6 months of the A company in the UK can go without an AGM (Annual General Meeting) for a maximum of 6 months after the end of its financial year. Public companies are legally required to hold an AGM within this timeframe.

So that's September right? Will he dig his heels in until then?Surely not.

Could these shares be used to fund the Company's anticipated costs of an acquisition which would be a reverse takeover? Probably not but who knows at this stage! I know the company haven't RNS 'd that yet but in the back of my mind I've always thought could the two merge and that might work quite well? Pure conjecture on my part with this RTO. I'm thinking of all options.

I guess they could get the votes in and if it's approved then they could give themselves a return date and admission date and then we should get a prospectus before that date comes.

Once approved, the prospectus must be made available to the public at a reasonable time before the offer or admission to trading, and no later than the beginning of the offer or trading period. For an initial public offering (IPO) of shares on a regulated market, it must be available at least six working days before the end of the offer.

Definitely not before 03/07

I guess the prospectus deadline date would be prior to the admission of shares date whenever that is new uncle.

New Uncle no offence but you seem to be arguing for the sake of it. What is your argument here? You want this back by voting yes?! It will be a blood bath. No point in coming back now until we have an AGM, accounts are announced and we can vote on future directors etc.

I also haven't waited all this time to take a big loss, we have a chance of this becoming very very good indeed, certainly a mid sized oil and gas and lithium player in time. It's all about patience now and if we stick to our guns then Lunn will not walk away with the assets or our investments.

So basically he really only cares about the ones owed to him via Petroquest. Come on let's be honest I don't think he cares about Tom Evans or Olof shares or whoever else it is they need to " pay back"
