All it takes would be a couple of fantastic RNS's and the whole negative board (or most of it) would be really positive and positivity will get behind ppp again.

I'm hoping that we will be back trading in July or September. Perhaps all done and dusted with Lunn and onto GV JV and operational updates a plenty.

This should not go bust or Into admin or something like that, it can get financing, it can get partners in Globalvision, the future could be very bright here but I'm still concerned if Lunn gets 62m shares, I just don't trust him.

New Uncle yeah I understand what you are saying about RM but he might well be delivering on different aspects of the business.

I do feel for all of us invested that have money locked in when we see other companies doing well but I have always believed in ppp and I still do. I hope one day soon it will be us that has another fantastic return and great share price rises / good operational updates etc. one day hopefully it all happens for us. We sure as hell deserve it!

Yes that I agree with. The one thing to remember and it's been said a few times now, would Robert Menzel and Globalvision not have walked away if there were no assurances of good potential within the acreage that they will share as part of this JV?

GEM I understand at just a finance vehicle but they wouldn't stump up £20 m for nothing (if we need the £20m).

Lunn must be privy to something that's either not been rns'd or he's just putting two and two together from previous Dealings with Anton, TE etc etc.

If we vote no then we have a large voice when it comes to voting at the AGM. Sometimes patience (yes a bit more!!) might be required for the best outcome.

You seem keen to get it paid and back at whatever cost? You don't need to sell yourself to the devil like that. IMO.

Zag I think what I'm trying to say is, there is no deal or accounts being delayed and anything positive will be kept at bay until he gets what he wants.

If you're u look the AGM gets kicked down the rd but miraculously a GM is possible when he wants funds !!!

No I disagree New Uncle. In normal circumstances it does sit with the CEO but this is not a normal circumstance. Lunn believes he is owed XYZ from historical debts and because he's the executor on antons will he acts like he is the owner of ppp and he isn't! RM obviously does not like confrontation and also distancing himself from Mr Lunn.

I believe imho that the deal will go ahead but right now Stephen Lunn is blocking or delaying everything until he gets back his Petroquest money plus more.

Understand your questions and why you are questioning it but I can't answer you here.

In a nutshell we need Lunn gone imho. This should pave the way for the new ppp which is not restricted and RM will be able to spread his wings because right now it seems they are clipped!!!

Mr Lunn probably has an inclination of what PPP could be worth and their assets from a few different sources, either RM, Tom Evans and Lenigas etc remember these have all had a past and were friends once .....

As previous posters have said, there must be something known that has not been rns'd ......Not in the public domain yet.....

I believe this is all a power play. Lunn will own a lot of shares & I think it will be worth a lot of millions in the future. Why else would RM join and Globalvision stick around???

I think it's all coming to a head but imo voting yes might now be a good thing right now to these resolutions. Voting NO just gives us a bit more control, at the end of the day the company will legally need to host an AGM. It can't keep putting agm's off.

Right I've been having a read of the comments, at the end of the day everyone makes their own minds up.

If you choose to ignore the facts stated to you in the letter and then which was rns'd then that's upto you.

Just think Lunn will have around 62m shares which linked all back to him. Can you trust Lunn with 62m shares to do the right thing, he probably hates us PI's more than ever.

If you vote yes I honestly believe the people who think this will come back faster are not thinking with their brains but their heart and frustration in wanting to get this trading back quicker.

If you vote no, it will delay suspension lifting for a while but we have 110m shares, we can get finance anyway, we still have Globalvision on board as well as RM and we have a big powerful voice at the next AGM.

Don't you see that Lunn is on the back foot and he wants votes BEFORE THE NEXT AGM because he knows he might not make it out as a ppp employee !

The no vote will not mean that this won't come back. Id be more worried voting yes because Lunn must hate us PI's right now for exposing him (he's human, he will be annoyed and frustrated)

Lunn is putting off the AGM until he gets these resolutions passed. The thing is he has to host an AGM soon. He can't keep putting it off. He's grabbing what he can PRIOR TO any AGM.

Today's rns was in response to a fantastic groups hard work and determination to have their company ran legitimately and correctly.

The one thing is, it has made people vote yes but they are blinded by the fact that they will resume trading quicker!!! Pfffttt will it? Who knows? Heavily diluted and even then will it come back one Lunn strips everything? Or turns it private? Or sends to admin?

Either way RM does want to proceed with the deal no question about it!.... But we won't get anything unless Lunn has gone. Can you trust Lunn with 62m shares?!!!

Think very hard before voting yes, it might not be as Rosey as you think it will be.

You must be mad to think voting yes now is a safe thing to do.

I know people want this trading again but you vote yes and this may well never make it back again but Lunn walks away with millions.

If we vote no, they have to host an AGM and we can have a big voice there where we can vote in when we want!!!!

This has been made clear now, Lunn is a blocker, if he goes the GV deal will be restored and the GV updates will commence. How many times have we said it, if ppp was worthless nobody would want to be part of ppp or have anything to do with it......RM and GV are staying put, SL is fighting to the end because there's something worth fighting for, gem wants to invest (lend) here because they know they'll make money.....

The only people voting yes want this to come back.

Voting NO delays it a bit but doesn't make it go bust but the AGM will come and it will be a completely different company without Lunn causing problems.

Zag don't get brainwashed to vote yes here on the basis that this will come back. You guys think this will get re trading but in reality all that will happen is, Lunn gets all his money back and sends the company into admin.

Well I'm not shocked at all by the rns today in response to the letter sent in by the team of shareholders.

I cannot believe Lunn will inherit millions and millions of shares via certain routes and he's openly admitting it. We must not get scared off. The AGM has to take place, he's hoping to have controlling stake by the AGM. If he doesn't he knows he may well be voted off.

The deal " may not be " completed with GV but it's on hold. We need the AGM out of the way and then move onto the JV with GV. The finance from Gem isn't great but at least we can get finance for short, medium and long term growth. Finance would be there even if Lunn wasn't.....

The yes or no votes do matter, because if the resolutions are voted yes then we won't have any voice in any AGM going forward really and if voted no then we still have a voice which the next AGM we can choose if we want SL anywhere near the company or not.

If SL goes, we will be able to move forward with Globalvision Intl. There will be operational updates, there will be a very good future. It can't get clearer than that.

Even I don't want to vote No but you kind of need to get your thinking caps on, this isn't just delaying the company but giving us a voice. RM is not here to steal the company he's there working hard in the background & I think he probably doesn't want anything to do with the RNS's right now.

A no vote will not mean this goes bust, we have a voice at the next AGM!!!!!! AGM is where SL is afraid of! Oh and watch for the RNS that comes out if the no votes win!!! It'll be a load of scaring tactic RNS by Lunn.....
