What I'm saying is when the proxy vote comes out to you (some people have received by the way) just please hold off any voting until further notice. There's a lot of people doing a lot of good for all shareholders...just wait for further update.

Zag, they can have very good positives for shareholders because the two companies merge and you have exposure to each others contacts, finances, in our case oil gas and exposure to more opportunities.

Sometimes existing shareholders do have to take some form of dilution for the deal to proceed but not always. However if the new company finds a large oil gas and lithium find or two or three or more then some dilution probably won't make too much difference. Id love to think that we just stay separate and work together but I don't know if that's the future outlook or whether they want to combine both companies

Ok so there is no way that this should ever open at 4p and the reasons I believe are two raises at 6p and one raise at 12p then we've had the deal that's not been completed yet which is the 80m warrants at 4p. So really the MM's can't or should not price in those 4p warrants until they are sold. I genuinely think based on the raise prices an average would be around 7.5p

Now remember we hit 12p with news that was regarding the jV with GV and that deal was never fully realised because the same day we went into Suspension .

Ppp was the hottest stock on the market, you could barely buy shares because hardly were free float. Now I say if ppp and GV can pull this out of the bag and be debt free or at least legally financially viable and the JV and deal is all done and Robert releases some fantastic operational news then this could open up at high teens or higher imho. It will be unstoppable if Robert can release some exceptional news before resume of trading.

I know right now that it seems the world is against us but we are one or two RNS's away from completely changing the companies future or outlook. they are holding back right now..... But whatever news it is everyone seems to want a piece. One very good sign is that RM became CEO so to me that says he wants something ppp has in their acreage.

The proxy vote came out, I haven't voted yet because I'm waiting for more news. I just don't think the dilution is needed unless a massive change to the business. Merger? JV? Takeover?

RTO - maybe? I think it's time we hear from the CEO now.

Zag, i believe there will be a Big/Major Update but what i dont know is, when this will be released! Does RM & SL see eye to eye, are they doing this share payback for a reason? Why are we having to do the 80m CLN/warrants, who will benefit from this, how many % of the company will SL inherit (or muscle in on)?

Does he know some major news is about to be released so he is setting himself up for lots of shares? Like you say we do need more news asap. Before we can vote yet we need more info.

SL and RM might be reading this board, i would say - we want to support the business and the bod but if you dont show us what the monies are for and what big announcement and what is the "game plan" for PPP's future then how can we vote yes, or why would we vote yes to dilute ourselves!?

Agreed Tiger (or anyone) has the right to post on here. Tiger is a good guy or lady? Whatever, I don't think they mean any harm. His optimism is welcomed.

What I will say is the RNS did P me off massively and I still don't know if it's a good or bad thing. If we vote yes without seeing any info then we give a lot of power to Lunn to do as he pleases with the future or PPP and has he done anything to deserve it?

I MIGHT BE completely wrong but Stephen Lunn is a shady character id say. Just something doesn't sit right with me about Lunn. I'll apologise to him in person if he proves me and us wrong.

Now IMHO is time for RM to show us the goods.....whatever this surge for power is for.... What's looming??? If they are to gain votes then they need to show us otherwise myself and a lot of others will vote No.

We have to protect our investment right now and if that means voting NO then that's what we must do imho. It's a tough call because I'd love to see ppp back but unless we know more info how can we vote yes to some quite hefty dilution. The dilution isn't even needed right now FFS.

I have been in various oil and gas and gold lithium plays before over the years and yes when a business is at the start of their journey to bigger things, there is usually some dilution. BUT...... we need to see what the dilution is for, why do we need to raise it all now?

I think if I calculate it correctly then Lunn will get access to circa 20m shares himself!!! That's what you call a big power play. I wonder why? Usually it will be because they are preparing for something big, RTO? Takeover? Merger? New big operational news?

It is so frustrating, we have to make a tough decision.

Look the dilution (if I'm totally honest) is horrible but it's not absolutely shocking crazy bad but it is bad if you see what I mean and I just don't think I can vote yes blindly. I just can't do it.

The whole RRR holdco Lunn resigning and then Tom joining and then going into admin etc does not sit right with me tbh

I'm a Tom Evans "supporter" but I would have liked to see or hear from Tom once he resigned. I understand he was quiet for various reasons but I would have liked to hear from him.

Anyway we are here now, I'm sure as new uncle put it that Stephen Lunn will gain 20 percent??? (Could someone clarify that?) Of the company through these shares raises etc.

Is he wanting the power before a major update. I fully expect a big update but why the rush all of a sudden? Is it because they know something big (good) is in the pipeline and he wants to look after numero Uno (himself!) and set himself up for lots of pots of golden tickets?

They need to get us all upto speed on what's going on, what have GV been upto? What major update is to be announced?

.....but something very good. Hence they are all there and all good and a piece.

They want to be in a position to have major influence on the next stage of the PPP / Globalvision story.

Who knows, will it be an RTO? Will it be a completely new company that the two combine? Is there a major Operational update looming? We are joining the prime market, will they be preparing for huge changes? Will they want to go Private? Will this just merely be a power play from Lunn?

I absolutely agree with you. I have always expected there to be a major announcement and i hope its in our favour / a Very good update..... however do i trust Lunn? No i do not.

For a bit of balance here, some of us ppp investors are not happy right now and I get it. But from close connections we hear that Tom really loves ppp and is well connected and can get deals done.

The ppp saga as much as people blame tom l, you'll find we had a bit of a dark horse financial secretary who was more like a silent part owner and was rather dodgy with lots of companies some just cash shells.

He passed away and left ppp in a bit of a mess. Ppp are awaiting audit completion and accounts. A big JV is looming on return and there should be a lot of assets and a good future but at the moment we have some games being played by our (mate of old financial secretary - Stephen Lunn) trying to muscle in for power - imo he must know ppp and JV partner are onto something big why else are they hovering around like sharks!!?

Anyway CDL shareholders goodluck - it's not all Tom but just careful, I'd say trust nobody right now until you see some action in your favour.

Who knows Tom might even set-up some nice deals with ppp ? Big things are coming - keep your eyes peeled.

PPP are going to come back stronger than ever but right now we are dealing with a few games being played. The good stuff will come eventually.

Id say a lot of people are emailing in and asking for more information before voting and everyone wants to know what's going on and the future prospects that ppp will have.

D0EY yeah I agree, I don't think the 62m raise is needed now and there would be better ways to go about it. Perhaps do it over a couple of years or when the MCAP is a lot higher. We need JV and operational updates asap or with accounts and with a new prospectus if that's what is needed.

I should have worded my message a lot better. I'm not happy about the dilution at all tbh but what I'm saying is IF there was a fantastic reason for the dilution it would be an easier pill to swallow. But of course I don't want dilution and I am not backing it anyway, I'm voting NO as I suspect 80% of people will do.

They have plenty of time to release another RNS or two highlighting in detail what monies are going, release a new prospectus? Release audit and accounts etc. Otherwise majority are going to vote No.

Come on RM, we need you to step up NOW.

I'm happy with dilution on a few conditions:

1) they finally release any good / exceptional operational updates and JV news

2) they have a good plan for future growth outlining a strategy 📈

3) security for our investment that we aren't going to be shafted and perhaps offer dividends or something like that to loyal investors.

I hope you are right tiger. I love the optimism. I believe this will come good and yes 140 odd million shares isn't bad at all but with all the CLN notes (once they are cashed in) it will be like 250m shares which isn't a massive amount but a lot of dilution. We would need good news to warrant it. We need this operational news and good JV news asap otherwise we don't know what to vote for as investors

I'm sorry but I'm voting NO because I don't trust Lunn with a lot of power. He will inherit a lot of shares and that makes me feel uncomfortable.

Yes dealer correct, and we have 360 or 600k (i cant remember) to come back on relisting via 6p placings. The 12p Placing money, i believe has already been received.

that is well written and clear and i do agree with him somewhat im not going to lie. The sticking point for me is voting yes without seeing a prospectus, i want to see information and operational news now, its something we all deserve. I

want PPP back but i dont feel dilution is that necessary at the moment unless there is a very good/big reason to do so.

Some shares do big raises if it means moving on with something big operationally and the share price can go ballistic but right now we need more info imo.
