Hepran, I cannot believe that you are not accepting what Lunn is trying to do here.

Lunn can't come back from the document. He hasn't got a leg to stand on at all. He needs to resign immediately and allow RM to take the reigns. Perhaps then we will get somewhere.

Robert, nobody has said no.

Also let's not lose sight of the goal here. This is to stop corruption and manipulation

The goal is to return ppp back to it's former glory or better. With the right BOD, I believe and many others believe that it would do exceptionally well.

The group is closed off as in you cannot join unless admin allows you in. It was open but was closed off a months ago. I think TG are aware now so let's let them decide and I think you guys will hear soon.

I'm not an admin on there so I guess that's one for them to decide.

Zag - we could get the finance, if we wanted it, we have the assets, the JV would do very well providing the deal was to go ahead. There's no reason we should delist.

We need Lunn to resign now. There is no comeback from that document for him. He cannot hide. RM to take over all duties immediately and we will hopefully see the real ppp for what it can be!

Perhaps now the TG and the LSE shareholders can unite and work together. Much better stronger in numbers.

So the other day Macaddo we were saying hold off the voting...... This is why.

What a fantastic document prepared. The amount of hours the guys have put into this. Absolutely fantastic work.

Lunn needs to leave immediately. This proves what he is doing and how he wants to shaft us. Hepran do you now see what games are being played here?

Lunn has to go. Let RM spread his wings and we will see how good ppp and Globalvision could actually be. There's so much good to come imho but Lunn needs to go. End of.

P.S rob yes this will delay further I'm afraid but imagine the company are in a better place for it and for future potential and growth 📈 it will inevitably be better for everyone. Patience my friend.

I hold my hands up. I even thought Lunn was good for us at the start. Then I started looking into his companies and links to the business and started to realise something wasn't right around end of Nov.

I don't feel that way about ppp or GV or RM, but Lunn yes, he really makes me uneasy.

He's got to go. The company cannot keep putting an AGM off, legally it'll have to take place.

GWilliams I agree with your posts entirely. We can't allow Lunn control before an AGM. That's what he's hoping for. We need the AGM soon because they can't just not have an AGM can they? Legally they have to.

I think Lunn could have been an asset to us once. Now I don't see that he could ever fix his tarnished reputation.

Dealer I can't answer that. I never said anything about 30p today. Do I believe it can hit 30p and more? Yes! 100%!

Our issue at the moment isn't a good deal or good assets or a good future....we are stuck in a power struggle and unless we have an AGM or egm then we can't move forward I don't think.

Yes zag I agree it does need to get re trading but your saying that from a selfish point of view - no offence.

The AGM is where we have our voice on who we elect... You need to understand with the right people this can be bigger than you think. To me it seems RM has distanced himself from Lunn and the RNSs. Id just wish Lunn was on our side but I can't see it unfortunately.

I know you want to get back so you can sell but depending what news and where we are at you may be better off holding off a little... I'm sure very good news will come our way eventually but at the moment it's all about the AGM zag. Having the right bod can make all the difference imho.

Let's see what today brings. I think everyone Inc me is a bit concerned right now but let's not lose it.

Things might work out really well for us, the key thing is we need to claw ourselves to an AGM.

Now I don't want to ruffle any feathers but I was a Tom Evans fan, from what I heard and a lot of us heard is that he really wanted the best for shareholders, he never ever would sell ppp and he was always confident and truthful about his RNS s and PPP's future.

The one thing however that I do still ask myself, is a ring here? As in a syndicate that all work together doing this?

We know Tom left the business but why? I still ask myself this Q. As CEO why would you resign and allow Lunn to take over?! Something doesn't seem right at all. I mean, I wouldn't resign as a CEO because a bully boy wanted my job! Id still my heels in and not budge....so why did TE leave???? I'm sipping a Moretti thinking 🤔 here what is going on.

As far as we know, Robert is supposed be a top bloke. I genuinely do trust Robert but the silence is too much even for me.

I am still very positive on where ppp might or could be but right now all I see is Lunn trying to "asset grab" or get himself in the best position possible (shares wise) for a massive pay day. So obviously that's good for us too if all shareholders do well because PPP has done well etc but power for Lunn could be a negative thing for us ie could he call some shots on future things that PI's wouldn't ever vote yes for? Would he be able to take ppp private? Id rather not give him the opportunity. If only he was open and honest we all might be able to make some sense of what is going on and what plans they all have.

Right, I've emailed Stephen Lunn, Robert Menzel and via another Pennpetro email address.

I have basically asked for clarity on all matters and explained that at the moment confidence is at an all time low and trust is the same.

I have asked for clarity on everything from share payback, who benefits from this, why do we need to raise that now? Why do we require the 80m warrants at 4p? What operational updates do they have or know about that are waiting to release?

Let's see what they come back with, I'm not expecting a reply.
