When you think about it, they are asking us to vote on something that we have no information on. They say the information would be shared (prospectus) after the resolutions are passed. That's wrong imo. You should never do that, the right thing to do is share the information with your investors first and then they vote.

Hopefully we do have a sat and the AGM. We deserve this to come good. The issue is imo is that we all got pulled into a boardroom spat or boardroom politics.

I believe this was a thing between TE and SL. Perhaps some bad blood between them? It's a shame.

I hope that this goes ok in the end tbh. My worry is if the yes vote wins, it will be rather difficult to have control of the future of this company. It worries me a bit tbh.

The no vote wins and it obviously will be delayed in coming back however we have a big say at the AGM where we can vote on who we wish to keep in etc

If the right people take this forward, ppp has a chance to do exceptionally well. It really does.

Agreed with you guys on RM. He needs to show some balls now, perhaps Voice something to shareholders, perhaps even give us an indication of future prospects?

How and why will PI's not want a voice at the AGM is beyond me. I know people want this back trading (I do too) but I'd rather the right bod and some very good news be announced first.

Depending on which bod take this forward it could surprise many people on how well it does.

We need to keep the shares down as much as possible for as long as possible. 110m shares is actually really low and really good to be starting a new JV with joining on the main market..

If it means slight delays for that to happen then so be it.

I think that the board will be looking at developing Cascabel in the end. I can't see why we would sell it off now IMHO. Id go all the way. I would sell off some of the other assets though and streamline the business so it's just Cascabel. IMO

Spodulike I haven't written my shares off at all. I'm actually very confident of a good outcome but at the moment we need a Bod clearout tbh and a fresh start. Let GV and PPP proceed with the JV and all will be well imo.

New Uncle - the major shareholders who lent the monies back in the day could have sold at over £1.20 (or whatever price it hit I can't recall exactly) but they didn't sell anything.

That's because there is more than £120m of oil and gas and lithium within that acreage. It's hard to see it right now but that's true otherwise those investors would have sold out and gone long ago.

I don't care what anyone says there's definitely some worth under that ground. Millions of dollars worth.

It's now that we need the right bod to take us forward.

Let's s not forget the 12p raise was 30% above suspended price. A premium. There are reasons for this.

All major shareholders will be expecting the share price to be above this. The major shareholders will be expecting more than 25p (that is just break even).

Ppp was over £1.20 just few years ago. Don't forget. The assets and the acreage are worth some good £££ let's not be fooled.

All it takes is the right bod and the JV and we will do really well here. It's time they do start showing their cards but with Lunn there I just don't know if it will prosper like it could do. There's reasons for this.

There is no reason why GV and ppp could not reach £1 again in time but it would mean keeping the shares in issue down as much as possible and oil lithium and gas production which can very well happen. Just need this JV over the line now and it'll be unstoppable imo.

Imagine no more negativity, drilling, oil flowing, gas and lithium production, not many overheads, GV will be pushing to drill as much as possible as it's worth a lot to them and ppp £££

Let's not forget it's in Texas! It pretty much can't get much better location wise.

The no vote doesn't mean this will be indefinitely suspended but it would give us some say on the AGM. Surely that's better for us?

I know Casper mentioned salvaging something, well if the right BOD are in charge we will more than just salvage, we should do very well indeed. I guess only once RM is free to run the company how he sees fit then we will see the true potential here.

2 or 3p my backside. Firstly 12p raise plus 2 x 6p raises plus the 4p warrants are not even sold yet and remember the JV would look to be a goer so stop saying 3p!

If it comes back and everything goes smoothly you will be shocked how well this could do. The issue here is not the business but it's Lunn and what he does with his power (should he get it)!

Right now a yes vote is safer for PI's than a no vote.

There's a lot of scaremongering going on here.

The company will legally have to have an AGM and the deadline would be September.

There's also the egm option (if necessary)!

RM is still there which leads me to believe the deal would still be a goer. There's some big value in this JV for sure. Hopefully Lunn doesn't tear us down, that's my only worry.
