It is really frustrating when you think they've waited a year and now facing this. I don't want to sound childish but it really isn't fair.

I am still positive about ppp and the future but if Stephen Lunn reads this board he will understand that he needs to prove to everyone that he means well.

Same as Robert. They both need to prove their worth. At the end of the day if SL sinks this then it's nothing short of corruption and everyone would have to be brought to justice. The market loved the news last year about the JV. It completely removed ppp of majority of debt and left them with a 30 year royalty deal which tbh was really good.

It would be excellent if we could just pickup where we left off but that would require Stephen Lunn to do the right thing and not do anything underhanded.

A lot of people say Tom Evans sucked us in here and is bad news etc, I'm not so sure and from what we know from conversations and also other large shareholders that spoke with him is that he loves ppp, it's his baby, he would never go private and he pretty much lived for ppp (it's his baby) in other people's words.

Well let's see what RM and SL want to do then? Come on Robert no more silence now. What did you want to share with us all? What are you waiting for? SL what are your plans!? Your 75 now I think? What are you hoping to achieve here, just get your money back via Petroquest or actually try to succeed with the JV?

I've never understood one thing.....I wish someone could explain to me. The Petroquest loan was lent but someone else not Lunn directly. He is a director there and been left as executor and beneficiary of antons estate, so surely it's in SL's interest to see ppp do well no!? I just can't get my head around why he would want this to fail and I keep going to the same thing ... Does he just want the £3.4 payoff and then he's gone? Or will he stick around and reap the rewards from ppp and GV's JV for years to come?

The JV acreage will definitely produce oil gas and lithium so there will be far more monies worth than the £3.4 over a number of years of production it could be worth far more and his shares be worth far more too.

I don't know really but I'm "thinking/typing" out loud here.

If very positive if the JV goes ahead and the deal intact then a 30 year royalty deal is absolutely awesome.

Sometimes on Monday I'd expect an RNS. I'm honestly not sure which way the voting will go. Tbh I just want the best for everyone Invested. That's all we deserve tbh because we have endured a tough year. Luckily I can afford to have some money locked away in here but I feel for people who have a lot of money tied up and screwed them up financially and mentally.

We invest because we want to make money and when you invest by looking at RNS's and researching companies and then these internal spats happen or whatever it really throws your judgement off

I don't know who to trust, I guess nobody here does. The fact that RM has stuck around is a good sign for the JV to go ahead. My only worry is has SL had a negative effect on him? RM hasn't been heard in public or rns for ages now. It just makes me feel a bit uneasy. I can't quite put a finger on it....

Whichever way the vote goes I think we need to hope that the future of ppp is good and the JV with GV goes ahead.

The no vote wouldn't be administration necessarily, but it would give us a big voice and influence at the AGM which is due to be held this summer.

The only worry for me is, if the yes vote wins we are unnecessarily getting diluted and worryingly we don't know what is going to happen in the future.

RM needs to pull his finger out now and whatever happens I'm expecting something very good from him .... I just hope he stays on the shareholders side.

I don't think it means admin if the no vote wins. The issue is here we are being asked to vote yes on resolutions but we don't know the prospectus and we don't know what future plans they have for the business.

Also the agm should take place sometime between july and sept (that's a legal requirement)

That's the plan I'd say. Get the agm sorted and let voting decide which directors stay.

We need the agm now more than ever too.

I don't know how next week voting will go but I just want the best for all of us that invested here.

Coxy there shouldn't be administration. We need an AGM. We need a BOD clear out.

Hopefully everything goes well for us all. If it doesn't come back for whatever reason then I hope everyone gets taken down. SL, TE, RM, DL, OR and anyone else involved.

RNS prediction is just that. A prediction. Let's not get too held up on that.

I'll be glad when this votings over. I just want an AGM now or EGM. We deserve to control our company and choose who we want as CEO or chairman or director etc.

The assets and future potential will be known eventually. We need Lunn gone. His time is up.

Hepran, theres so much behind the scenes stuff that has happened that would make you open your eyes here. Lunn IMHO is bad news for us, i wish that was not the case but i would not make it up for no reason. At the end of the day i can only see whats in front of me.

Rob thats good for you. Not everyone can afford to pump more money in elsewhere. Some people are stuck at the moment. The General meeting is still on so far.

Cut off is 2pm and i think they will know % of votes by 2pm today. Its probably safe to say by 3pm they will 100% know the outcome.

I think we are going to get an RNS this afternoon after 3pm. They will know the results by then and will most likely cancel the GM.

I do have this fear too but i dont think it will mean bankruptcy in all honesty. You need to understand that Lunn wants control before the next agm. He knows he is against the ropes and the only way he can gain majority control is by issuing these shares and the gem warrants, now look i dont want to see any investors lose money (mine included) but surely having more control at the next agm is a good thing right? The future of PPP could be very bright with the right team running it. I just dont think (from what we have seen) that Mr Lunn has us as interests at all, infact id say he will hate a lot of pi's now and my worry is will he ever do right by us? Im really worried about this because we would need him to work hard for us but will he? Will he every get the support from the shareholder? Has he or will he show us why we can trust him?

Something doesnt feel right and its my gut instinct. I want to be wrong about mr Lunn but he isnt doing anything to change my mind.
