Good acreage and could be good for us in the long run if they start operations soon. There could well be a few big new finds..... we just don't know about yet....

You might not be happy with yesterday's result but it might well have saved your investment in the long run.

There are other ways to resolve these issues than mass dilution. Lunn has been in a power play but it's time the bod have a look in the mirror and start working with us rather than against us.

I just re-read the RNS again.

It is ludicrous. 84% NO votes! What more does Lunn need to understand (and whoever his advisers are) that investors aren't stupid.

Whatever happens next Lunn do not put out another negative RNS. You'll be sealing your own fate. It's in yours and everyone's interest if a GOOD RNS was released before the AGM. A prospectus, show us what it is that ppp and GV could be. What has been worked on(it's not nothing). We would all benefit from seeing now.

The bod needs to listen to shareholders. The votes speak for themselves. We need open and honest dialogue. Transparency across the board.

This last 7 months has been nothing more than power play by Lunn hidden behind debt settling, and raises and silence on other things.

Everyone would be far happier and more behind the bod if they showed honesty and a new prospectus highlighting the plan of works for the next 12 to 18 months, some operational updates or at least whatever has been worked on or something FFS. It's time they need to show some info.

Zag, I can see the share price going up with a very positive prospectus, open honest from the BOD and a deal in place yes. Why not. 110m shares in issue, assets which would be spread across some good Texas oil and gas Laden land.

Of course at the moment this is crap but it can be turned around.

Well we need to start drilling. They are stopping us from doing do. We can do a raise but let the share price rise and we can pay back via royalties and the profits from oil gas and lithium.

I understand money is tight but there should be a deal struck between the creditors and ppp/GV. They need to give ppp and GV a chance to get drilling! Then we can start paying them back.

A big raise is not the right way imho. The only person who benefits from that is our man Lunn

The no vote won by a country mile. AGM next. Not admin as coxy keeps saying, we should be in a more solid position going forward. Yes we do have a debt obligation and the debts will be paid. They can be paid in various ways. The debts can be paid from revenues and profits and yes if a raise is necessary we can do one when the SP is much higher.

We need the JV and everything operational to o be announced and start asap which will enable us to resume trading and a new start on the prime market.

This will be going into the prime market currently with circa 110m shares which imho will mean the share price will rocket once we are back if coupled with fantastic news and a banging prospectus and plan outlining the companies next 12-24 months.

Onwards and upwards I say. Goodluck all.

Anyway without looking to cause conflict, the GM is over. Next stop is AGM & Accounts can't be far away (imminent according to Lunn).

Unfortunately Lunn has tried his best, I guess there may be some scare tactics soon on RNS's but end of the day the shareholders are not stupid. Nobody was ever going to agree to mass dilution especially with no information.

Robert, why does he want revenge? He will lose all his loan money and monies, it would make more sense for him to work with us now than against us. Thoughts on that?

I don't know Lunn and I don't wish any bad on him but unless he showed us the truth behind all of this how are we supposed to trust him ?

Ssccss i am not a Lunn fan however i would have given the man a chance (i kind of did at the beginning) but as more time has gone on he has not done anything to settle our nerves, no business updates, no shareholder updates, no operational updates, the other thing is all of a sudden he wants a 63m of shares and a GEM warrants. Now i dont know how this looks to everyone else eyes here but surely doesn't sit right with your stomachs?

I would have loved for him to surprise us all with something positive but sometimes listen to your gut feeling....

Now its evident that shareholders will not roll over and we do deserve to be kept more in the loop. Come on Lunn sort it out, RM too, come on enough with the silence now. What plans for the future are there? What did Lunn want with all the shares? What were his plans after he got them?

At the end of the day we dont want any hassle with the BOD, we want to work together.

Agreed Mr twisted. IMO administration should not be a thing. We should be able to work with what we have. RM needs to pull his finger out now and show us what is the plan. I believe he was quiet there? Perhaps allowing Lunn the limelight for now.

I am still putting trust in RM at the moment.

At the end of the day with so many authorities watching now you kind of expect them to do the right things and legally.

Today's GM will probably be only about the shares in issue and why they are needed. Hopeful that we hear why they are needed and why now!

Perhaps there is material news still to come.... It's when RM decides to release it. I know after many discussions this could be a 100-200m MCAP company and it might not seem like it right now but it does beg the question why are GV and RM sticking around and why does everyone seem to want a piece of the pie? Perhaps they all know it's worth fighting for (plenty of my money to be made).
