Zag you don't know but the guys in telegram know that Lunn was an apparent blocker to the deal the regarding to debts so to speak. We know from discussions with our ex CEO and it was apparent that they butted heads..... apparently Lunn believed he was owed this and that but Tom didn't believe he was (in a nutshell)

I'm not going into detail but I think there is beef between them......

You need to realise that Tom may not have been in he devil you think he was....but anyway we are here now with Lunn and RM.

Anyway this isn't about Tom any more. I think this is about the new BOD and new ppp and it's shareholders future and shareholder value.

We deserve some really good luck and news after this long 11 months.

What it is Hepran, is that Lunn hasn't done anything for me to feel at ease. No real updates. No shareholder discussions, nothing apart from dilution and unrest blocking the deal that TE RNS'd last year.

I don't want to attack Lunn but I need to see what Lunn wants to do with ppp and I want to see that he means well. Does he? Hmmmm I don't know.

If he ends up being great then I'll hold my hands up. But right now I need to see action. Operational updates, good future plans, oil and gas and lithium Plan of works, I want to see projected revenue forecasts and I want to be able to calculate shareholder value

I'm sure if our acreage gets drilled the **** out of I think ppp and GV will make plenty of money.

It's not just oil and gas. A big chunk for us is lithium....that might just Push us to big heights. Right now Lunn and RM needs to undo this uncertainty and quickly!

So today will we get an RNS or not? Do they know the results already I wonder?

Upto 2pm yesterday the meeting was still on. 11am start, booked under Tobias (Westend Corporate).

I may end up giving them another call today and see if the meeting has been cancelled or still on for tomorrow.

Anyway, goodluck all. If the yes votes win, gutted for dilution but the only hope I have is that Robert Menzel will pull this out of the bag with some exceptional operational news and updates and future update/plan of works.

SL - don't get me started on him. He needs to prove himself massively that he's not just a leech.

The 250,000 acres was actively discussed whilst in suspension with the man himself too on occasions. Not once did TE say the 250k acres wasn't included... Another reason why GV want a piece. It's obviously very good business for them.

Anyway it'll all be confirmed once we know where this is going. The 250k acres is completely separate and in addition to the oil leases in 2038 acres.

Anyway whatever happens the JV will be worth a good few bob!

London, 2 May 2023 - Pennpetro Energy plc (LSE: PPP), an independent oil and gas company focusing on production in the Gonzales Oil Field in Texas, USA, announces today its corporate update and the financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2022.

Corporate Update

· As announced on 16 March 2023, a Participation, Development and Option Agreement and Joint Operating Agreement with Millennium PetroCapital Corporation ("Millennium") for a proposed 250,000 acre (1,011 square kilometres) Area of Mutual Interest ("AMI") petroleum joint venture in Gonzales County, Texas;

· The £1.54 million capital raising announced 28 March 2023; and

The drilling of the first participation well (Whistling Straits 5H well) with Millennium, which is currently in the "clean-up" phase post drilling the well to Total Depth, as announced on 12 April 2023.

The Company is now in a significantly stronger position than it was on 31 December 2022 and there are plans to grow the Company with potentially further participation wells with Millennium in 2023 and the promising farm-in opportunity to drill the Horse Hill #3 well near Gatwick Airport (as announced on 28 March)

Yes the 2038 acres was referenced but the 250,000 acres was in an RNS too and when questioning Tom he never said that wasn't the case at all.

Even 2038 acres......that's still great anyway, plenty of oil and gas in there.

Your right 👍🏽 from what we know the Petroquest loan wasn't his money at all. Was lent by another guy (name escapes me) so how is Lunn expecting not to have legal challenges even from the original lender!!?

This is what people need to remember someone loaned the money to Petroquest and then it was loaned out to ppp. So Lunn has no right to the Petroquest loan in all reality ..

Be careful listening to Kong. He's very dangerous and tells a lot of porkies. He hides behind behind invested but I believe he's a shorter.

In response to a post from earlier about sale of Texas assets. It's right, and I said this a 7/8months ago so much oil and gas land is being sold for hundreds of millions of dollars.

If the JV does go ahead and as last year's rns stated it would be 250,000 acres which is a lot. That company sold similar for $700m so who knows a sale of the lot might have been an idea? Could well happen still.

Or RM pays off SL - off into his Spanish villa he goes and RM can turn this around (hopefully) extracting oil and gas and selling it all Inc lithium.

May even get assistance from esgy. Horizontal drilling, linking up the oil and gas in our acreage, there will be plenty of oil as gas to sell. Lithium would be icing on the cake and I still want to see what plans there are for our lithium!

This could be great but we need action asap. Not just relisting but actual good operational updates and news on the future potential and plans.

There must be other ways to pay back the debt. Ie through revenues streams once we get going! It's like Lunn in the road (blocker) of good news for ppp.

The thing is zag, do we want to dilute ourselves big time? I know you may be OK but dilution of this magnitude really wasn't or isn't necessary really. Certainly not now.

Zag that's exactly what's happening. It's a ransom. Why is it all one sided? Why won't SL play nicely? I think ransom is a very good description.

If the brokers walked out on Stephen Lunn then that is not good at all.

New uncle - do I have doubts creeping in? Hmmm being 100% honest maybe yes but not sure too worried. If the JV and deal go ahead with good operational updates this can still reward shareholders with significant 'rewards' and gains on their investments.

The bod could turn it all the way around but now is the time to prove it!

Another thing, you mention tom Evans about lying on RNS's but from what we know he didn't lie on RNS's. Ilall of these games only came to light once the RNS going into Suspension actually was announced. It's like Stephen Lunn saw that and thought nope I want a piece of that pie because Petroquest and my mate Anton lent monies...... It's like a boardroom scuffle that's happened only when SL felt like it didn't include him and then caused issues with all this debt and getting onto the bod

I'm very wary of SL tactics and games, I would be worried for anyone to wholly trust SL.

Robert Menzel - same as above really. Can talk the same all but can he walk it to? Show us now what has been worked on and what future plans there are. How much the business can be worth and potential share price potential.
