RRR of today is not the same company that I used to know. I was invested here years ago, probably 15 years ago now. I had ups and downs, made some along the way but not loads.

I'm glad I got out when I did because the losses would have been bad for me. The issue with rrr is they issue way too many shares and do to many raises today. It wasn't always like this. I've been tempted in recent years but only as a punt, I couldn't part with big money here it's just too risky. Do you guys think it's worth a punt now or is there no real good news around the corner or potential Share price upwards trend?

It has been a long year. Hopefully we get the audited accounts soon. Time we get PPP back to where it should be, drilling for oil, gas and lithium lead by a competent board.

Mr Twisted we must be close. Publishing the accounts cannot be far away. Time is running out for Lunn. Legally he has to publish them. He may try some form of good news RNS to get more votes at the AGM. His time is running out though.

AGM is scheduled to be held sometime during the summer. July / August.

So th GM was adjourned so the resolutions will be added to the AGM so if that's the case Lunn will want these pushing quite quickly. Imho we will have accounts before month end imho. AGM in August.

*sorry I meant 20's to 30's share price short term.

I'm happy to agree to disagree with you on that New Uncle.

1-3p is way too low. If the GV deal is a goer and this company have access to 2036 acres (without the 250,000k acres if that's in play?) then there will be plenty money to be made here

If the deal is all good and everything goes well you'll be looking in the 20's imho. The low shares in issue will make a difference too. The share price could rise rapidly depending what news is announced.

Either way audited accounts and AGM next then take it from there.

Why dont you start looking at this more positively for a change.

We have the AGM coming, you haven't been massively diluted, your investment is protected, you may have an opportunity to make a lot of money, you need to understand the power of going into the AGM with a voice.

I'm not having a go at you but I think sometimes just need to see that there are people are working in your best interests here.

Yes it's been a few ups and downs but we could potentially be imho 2-3 RNS away from a major turn around here

I think we need to give RM a chance but I believe if he's on his own with his own BOD choice then we may see the best of ppp.

Anyway I'm sticking my chest out here with a big SP prediction. With the right bod, the deal in place and past this negative era of a ppp shareholder and after many discussions with certain people l, I think ppp could be a 100m + MCAP company

All going well something like

Short term 15-25p

Medium term 25-40p

Long term 50p - 100p +

Nobody knows. It's just a Monday morning prediction but it's what I believe.

Yes zag and new Uncle I know accounts and audit will be prior to AGM but might get the RNS together in one stating both accounts and AGM date.

Look at the end of the day the GM was a fail for Lunn. He wanted shares and fast! Before an AGM!

The AGM is imminent. Nobody can be 100% sure but 2-3 weeks seems to be the time spoken about.

Let's just see how the AGM goes and then we can start assessing the business in better detail. At the moment it's all about power plays so I'm not sure we are focussing 100% on ppp and it's potential with GV.

RM is there, he was pretty quiet apparently but that might just be him, a very quiet person. Sometimes those people get on with things better than the people that cause disruption and be loud and brash.

It is a Main market company, the reason why that's important is when we relist and we do have a strong bod and GV deal etc then the share price will potentially be awesome. Main market players don't mess about. Some of them buys are £100k plus at a time. With our low shares in issue it could quite easily bump the share price up (low shares float) very quickly indeed.

I think at the moment as zag said AGM next and then we can worry about what comes next.

I wouldn't be surprised if one of the following two things happen:

1) A positive RNS / some sort of prospectus is announced by The company in a last ditch effort to gain votes at the AGM and gain shares (Lunn).

2) a negative RNS is announced a bit like pre Christmas to try and put the fear into everyone such as insolvency fear or admin or whatever!

Well imho S Lunn would be better BACKING PPP and shareholders and working WITH THEM rather than against them. It would then benefit everyone Inc him.

Like this he is making a rod for his own back and losing votes and people lost confidence in him. He's certainly on the back foot imho.

Anyway we have to wait I guess. We should get the AGM RNS next (in theory).

The chairman said the AGM was imminent in the meeting on Thursday.

I think everyone own their decisions but you also need to understand a no vote doesn't mean insolvency or administration etc!

What we are looking to do is get to the AGM where these raises can be discussed in detail, SL will have his opportunity to explain what is going where and why we need them raises.

After this

We will have the opportunity to vote on the resolutions whatever they may be.

Unfortunately Tiger don't think we will get accounts RNS tonight. More than likely 2-3 weeks AGM with accounts. Imo.

I guess now we have to wait for the next update. I wonder if it will be the accounts followed by the AGM RNS.?

We might not hear anything for a couple of weeks now which is frustrating.

The audited accounts for last year and the interims should be announced together in theory. The auditors wouldn't miss those out IMHO.

The AGM should be imminent so what's that? Couple weeks maybe three from now?
