I have voted on HL - No to both.

It's extremely annoying for me because I'd love to see ppp back once and for all. I fear this will delay its return even more tbh. It's such a shame but unless we have a clear roadmap of plans then SL won't get the trust. We also need to hear from Robert. He's too quiet. He needs to be more involved. From what we know, he is a really good guy, trustworthy and hardworking. I believe we need to see something now, it's only fair. It's gone on for too long.

At the end of the day Stephen Lunn it you are reading this message then you need to and robert needs to show us what are the shares issued for exactly? What operational updates do you have for us? What is the future plan of ppp and Globalvision? Be honest!

Unless we know then they won't get the support. Dilution of this amount needs to warrant it! Even still we shouldn't need to raise all this all now!!

GEM finance??? 4p for 80m warrants!? That is mad, what's that for? Is it to payoff the Petroquest loan? Didn't someone workout the $ value and it was similar to the Petroquest loan amount?

Zag tidy sum there. I know you will sell right away which is a shame but remember this, if the assets were rubbish and not worth a dime then would this big powerplay for control be happening? Would GV even be interested and stick around? Would Robert Menzel be CEO if he didn't think there was life changing monies to be made here?

Would Gem stump up a total of 20m if they had no chance of money back?

There could be something worthwhile waiting for and fighting for.....

It's quite misleading tbh unless you knew otherwise. I think we need to know why do the 62m need to be paid back right now?

Whatever we vote I think Lunn has a plan either way. I strongly believe that they are aware of something of major significance and this is a huge powerplay by everyone involved and not just Lunn.

The one thing I don't understand is, is the 62m raise to pay off the debt in lieu of shares back to the original shareholders necessary for our audit to be completed? I guess they want to clean up the books but is now a good time? Is now even necessary? Why now?

62m is a lot now all at once, there must be better ways to pay this off over an extended time?

A group is working tirelessly on various topics relating to ppp. They deserve the upmost respect.

Something to assist with people's voting hopefully gets released soon. There's a web of connections to Lunn and ppp shares via different companies and via Anton (ex comp sec)

I'm a little disappointed with Robert Menzel if I'm honest, I'd expect him to issue some RNS with clarity and on operational matters (we need everything confirming from the he CEO).

All this is a "power play" by Lunn. Obviously to set himself and Petroquest / mates up for the next chapter in ppp and GV future. You'd like to think something of significance is causing the powerplay, something worth fighting for.......something worth a lot of money.

Your correct no resolution needed and I'm happy with the 20% headroom raise because that is enough to get us back. It also stops Lunn controlling this completely.

Like I did say hold off voting for now until further info was released by some very well researched shareholders. A lot of hard work is going on behind the scenes.

It might be an RTO and S Lunn is preparing to be a big shareholder in readiness for these big changes. It could or could not be that.

All I know is, a lot of people are in and around PPP, the question is why? Why do they want to be in a position of power? Why are they willing to loan millions? Why are the old shareholders holders happy to have their money back now?

I think imho, that all the answers will be revealed soon by RM. Something has been kept from us...... And not necessarily bad...

Agreed zag. The finance is there should we want it or need it so delisting it shouldn't even be an option. I see what new uncle is saying though and yes we would need to be careful and watch Lunn like a hawk.

I believe he wants the 62m shares because he wants a lot of power and to position himself as best as possible for any future growth 📈 that we will get.

I would say the batten needs to be passed to RM now and he needs to get us over the finish line and perhaps he will show us what PPP and GV have been or will be working on.

IMHO, Lunn knows that the "small" ppp could well grow into a new monster in the near future. I keep asking myself why are all these people hovering around the company? Let's be honest here and face it, if people thought or knew that the assets were crap or PPP could not have any future would the likes of Globalvision have stayed close and had their former CEO join ppp as CEO?!

Would GEM be willing to stump up circa £20,000,0000 in loan money if they thought they couldn't get it paid back!? I don't think so.

Would the majority shareholders who lent their money at circa 25p be willing to have them paid back now without confidence of a Share price in the near future or above 25p?! I doubt that too.

It's IMHO that I believe something great could be looming but what we are seeing is big power plays here for the best positions possible.

Yep, it has to be a 'no' vote right now. There's not enough info to support a yes vote. I think the GM will also get cancelled when they find out from westend that the voting was a big fat NO.

We need the agm. We need more info and operational updates from RM.....

The last time I and others had checked it was 110m plus 62m

The 80m warrants at 4p - those shares would only be sold if under the 20% allowance per year. Even still total shares would be 252m - that is still low number of shares imho although it will remain under 170m for a good while in theory.

Yes G Williams your right. Like you say at least 25p must be the aim of the old shareholders / major shareholders.

They had a chance to sell them over £1 and didn't.

There's a reason why RM, Olof, SL, Gem, the old shareholders are still here and fighting hard for shares and setting themselves and their companies up (GV) etc

We could be just an RNS or two away from game changing news, I think an AGM is necessary. The GM funnily enough doesn't include voting for directors (Lunn knows he's done) hence why the AGM is being delayed now more and more and he's trying to get what he can, whilst he can.
