Georgina Energy PLC, up 13% at 6.30p, 12-month range 2.30p-10.00p. The onshore helium and hydrogen explorer says its pretax loss narrows to GBP2.8 million in the 12 months to the end of January from GBP5.4 million in the nine-month period to the end of January 2025. Administrative costs in financial 2026 are GBP1.7 million, compared to GBP953,263 in the previous nine-month period. "The 12 month period and the beginning of 2026 have been extremely busy for the company and I'm pleased with the progress we are making on both our key assets of Hussar and Mt Winter," says Chief Executive Officer Anthony Hamilton.

Ondo InsurTech PLC, down 9.2% at 3.45p, 12-month range 2.80p-35.00p. The claim prevention technology company on Thursday agrees to defer repayment of loan notes to largest shareholder HomeServe Assistance to September 30, 2028 from the end of March 2027. The interest rate increases to 15% from the start of June 2026 and then to 17% from the end of March 2027.

CelLBxHealth PLC, up 45% at 2.50p, 12-month range 0.85p-8.50p. The liquid biopsy company signs a master services agreement with AstraZeneca PLC. The agreement makes it a qualified service provider to AstraZeneca, enabling it to support drug discovery and development through analytics of clinical trial samples. "We are delighted to enter into this master services agreement which enables AstraZeneca to access our capabilities across their development pipeline. We look forward to delivering strong and productive outcomes through this framework," says CEO Peter Collins.

Lansdowne Resources PLC, down 16% at 0.11p. Lansdowne Oil & Gas changes its name to Lansdowne Resources as it completes the acquisition of Sao Gabriel Mineracao. "The change of name reflects the broadened strategy of the enlarged group as it transitions from an oil and gas focused company to a diversified natural resources business with interests in critical minerals and energy transition commodities alongside its ongoing energy charter treaty litigation," the firm says.

Sound Energy PLC, down 14% at 1.90p, 12-month range 1.75p-13.00p. The transition energy-focused firm continues to fall after on Tuesday it said it plans to sell Moroccan assets as part of an effort to "repair" its capital structure. The company agrees to sell its 20% stake in the Tendrara exploitation concession by selling all shares of Sound Energy Merijada Ltd to Managem SA. Sound Energy expects USD57 million in aggregate proceeds, subject to working capital adjustments. The proceeds comprise a nominal payment of one dollar for Sound Energy Merijada's shares, and repayment of loans made by Sound Energy to Sound Energy Merijada. The stock has fallen 60% this week.
