What was the settlement again ??

You forecast $1b you witless wonder and it was $150m ( inc $85m of patent sales) not $130m..you get it wrong every time..are you just thick ?

Net to the company was $90m (£75m) they said but that has evaporated quickly £33m to shareholders and less than £20m left…bonuses , EBT , fab and god knows what else has gone out the door in double quick time.

Tenner has done well for himself and his mates no one else…and now he’s being kicked out ..but still he hangs on sponging for as long as he can in the mess that he has made …total failure for the company.

You poor lickle baa lambs! All ripped off by nasty old Brian who told you he'd make you millionaires but won only the massive sum of $130 million.

Nothing to with the obvious fact that you're all too inexperienced to have a proper perspective.

@Kooba. The settlement has taken account of future royalties and for other markets, which is why Samsung has a licence. It is just that Tenner and the Board settled for a sum in lieu that was light years away from what Tenner inferred would represent ‘fair value’.

He has much to answer for but has taken care of himself and (it seems) others who were close enough to be included in his inner circle.

It’s just the PI who have been fleeced as usual. It is such a common occurrence in the marketplace that the FCA should be taking action but as usual they are sat firmly on their hands.

The above does sound a bit like conspiracy theory but I am sure in my own mind that it happens and is not simply unhappy coincidence.

RG sold down much of his stock well before the settlement. LOAM were also selling down during periods of high liquidity before the settlement.

I think Nanoco would certainly be in a much more difficult position now if it was still fighting a case against Samsung. That’s not to diminish that’s it’s in a difficult enough position now with the cancellation of the STMicro business , simply that things would be worse.

I would rather have settled for a smaller amount but with an ongoing annual licencing arrangement.

But scumbags like LOAM and RG just wanted the cash and to dump their stock...

Tenner played their fiddle abd in return received bonuses and shares and he was complicit with these late night calls with 'prefered shareholders' on how to string along retail investors..

What an utter shambles having a corrupt Board not acting in good faith and treated all their shareholders fairly!
