Marc, the last time they did a share placement it was 10 months before they said they were funded up until. So the fact they only are funded now for just 6 months more has to be a huge worry. Also last share placement the share price was 1p the day prior to the placing and they issued 400% of the number of shares in issue at 0.25p, basically making all shareholder's investments worthless. They do not care about you shareholders, they are using this to pay themselves a good wage and delivering nothing in return for shareholders.
It is obvious that a share consolidation will happen next and then a share issue to raise another £5m of capital to fund the company, diluting the shares enormously yet again.
Surely you are investing in shares to make yourself money? There are 1057 different companies listed on the London Stock Exchange, there are so many interesting companies who are making good profits and who are growing, and yet you are invested in this horrific share who in the last 18 months have brought in less revenue than a penny chew.
