The reason small companies join AIM is the raise funds, and in the early stages issuing shares with dilution is inevitable. Sometimes the timing of that can be very annoying - but it's part of the risk / reward equation.

If you can't accept that risk then AIM is not the place to be.

TCF claim to be funded thro' to P1 submission

Once the Second phase toxicology is completed, the rest of the work is basically paperwork, and shouldn't be expensive.

Successful submission of the P1 pack should increase value from between 75 - 100%, significantly more if there are other interested parties.

In my view a raise before submission is unlikely, but not impossible. If they do need to raise they now have more options.
