Sounds like a bash stocks....what about the domestic claim for 8.5m, the jv with neometals and the other US assets, sure there is a bit of sorting out to do there re ownership of partners but no issue with ast's rights.

For a 4m market cap its very decent....the company could soon have 3 or 4 times the mc in cash with great assets especially neo imo.

Its true that slovenia have no right of appeal but could apply for an annulment but everything i have read points to this being unadvisable and highly unlikely so i cant see it but you never know i suppose.

Rubbish 46g.....it does not show anything other than an update on that particular project and its probable they have been waiting for things to be more clear.

Its absolutely positive.....the valkor project itself could be huge for the company.

Any movement or clarity is good for us and while im not one to tempt fate.....its pretty close👏👏👏

There are a lot of variables at play here re ict, money owed via geo, neometals etc, so its very difficult to assess with so many unkowns but can i ask whats your view on utah and how that might play out?

I dont think they should try and force msc hand....better staying at the table for as long as possible.

Although i do think its not beyond the realms that they should ask msc to take a small stake...that might have been tried and a flat out no was given...who knows.

That said, in the absence of the agreement being signed i would like them to reduce spend asap....no more conferences, they have all been done loads of times now and i doubt anyone who matters does not know the full scope of qed now.

MB was adamant that the oil sales agreement with pc was not holding up the farmouts but im not so sure....we know the chinese always want more🤗

Agreed but the fact that they have converted suggests that these payments might take a while more.....which is a negative.

However the real positive is that they are converting big amounts at 0.5 and these shares will not be subject to any share of the ect claim....thats quite a statement really considering the sp just now so hopefully theres a fair bit of good news on the horizon🤞

I think you should refrain from trying to pull the company up on linked-in fella.....thats not doing the company any favours in front of partners or other industry contacts.

The ect is legally binding under international law so Slovenia will have to act in accordance with the ect decision....they cannot just refuse to pay, they have taken part in and agreed to the process so unless they were going to make extraordinary accusations then we can safely assume that they will take the panels decision as being final.

For balance.....the same apllies to ast.

You dont take that much time if the claim is rubbish!
