Ofcourse there is a huge difference between inti, directors and pi's......they are not putting their savings and pensions on the line.

Maybe the directors do but lets face it, they usually dont have to worry too much about their mortgage, bills and other costs etc.....not too mentioned their retirement or any unfortunate medical costs that might come along.

So when i have a pop about the dilution or their excessiveness its not that i would begrudge them it, directors reward is very important but this level of reward for what they have delivered is extreme!

Im very much on the side of the average joe who has their hard earned money in here and who it really means something to them, not just a second home or a will left with millions in it.

While their goal might be to save lives they should give more thought to the damage they are doing with that kind of business model🤦‍♂️

While the discount was 48% to the previous sp, its not now and in the days proceeding was only 10% and it was only a very small % that could have been applied for, i think your hurt is a bit extreme.

Maybe you hold 10's of millions and therefore it would have been material but if you do then you are in a good enough financial position to suck it up.

I would not want to get into a legalities argument because i doubt its been tested in court but your post is quite harsh and now that you have said you piece i hope you can put it behind you amd move on.....crucial few months coming for qed so lets all row together✌

this companies performance for at least 7 years has been truly awful and during that time they have been spending money with '*** abandon'....so much so that even an experienced financial man like martin ive is not able to reign in the cost of doing business.

a woeful strategy that has diluted shareholders to oblivion and reduced any chance of making a decent profit adter decades of investment.

that might be ok for the bod who have massively profited from the dilution but its a nightmare scenario for pi's who has over leveraged themselves and are finding their savings and pensions decimated before the eyes with little room for manoeuvre.

the market recognises poor performance and risk, it also recognises when bod's are taking more than their fair share and cutting the commercial value of the company loose!

see might class themselves as a safety company but they exposed their pi's to exponential risk and thats not the markets fault🤷‍♂️

Well i found ht's post distateful on linked but yes, that was not polite or befitting of an ex employee or chairman.

I suppose if its polite then its not to bad but if it was say layette post on linked in my view i think its better to leave it too industry to comment....you can usually spot traders or shareholders there and all too often their posts are biased through financial self interest and i dont think they add anything to the constructive.

I would say stick to the qed page if someone wants to comment there. If that client wanted qed mentioned in their post they would have done so.

I think our clients will be keen to mention qed but mostly internally....at the end if the day they will be getting the stuff out the ground, refining it and taking it to market.

Does not matter one way or the other but i hope that qed shareholders dont start posting on layfette linked in updates or any other clients trying to big up msar......best to keep our nose out and let them get on with it.

Actually, you can expect that a lot going forward.

Basically, we will be nothing more than a supplier and we might get the odd mention but our clients will want the bulk of the glory themselves.

No problem as long as we get the contracts and money......our exposure will be automatic when them mmu's get running👍
