See's issue is not with the competition but getting their own house in order and it seems that the ceo or cfo are unable to do that.

Some people maintain the insti's haven't sold, i think we have all see trading patterns over the years to suggest all is not what it seems there🤔

For shareholders, the current business model is all wrong....the bod have absolutely diluted the chance of major success for them when talking 20pps, year after year that opportunity has been reducing.

Martin ive's first crack at reducing the overhead has been poor and shareholders should be all over it but hardly a peep of discontent which i think tells you all you need to know about the telegram.....writing their own death warrant there if indeed some of them are true shareholders🤭

The cost cutting needs to be dramatic and if its not why bring Ive in......all i see is hugely paid See Snr management jetting all over the world attending worthless conferences year after year while the operations team struggle badly.

Constant dilution of shareholders to pay for that kind of business model and their level of renumeration is not a strategy for creating shareholder returns.

After these results and the lack of reduction in tbe overhead, pi's should be right on the back of Ive and the bod but all I have seen is the usual team defend them at every turn and one even coming with the Amazon ramp🤦‍♂️......very poor!

18 months ago Martin Ive stated that he would have the running cost down to 1m a month by this time and I said he did not have a cats in hell chance.

Now did he deliberately mislead the market on that, not directly but i think its safe to say that he mislead shareholders and thats one of the big problems for pi's here now.

There's a group of shareholders, i presume from the telegram group running around on linked-in trying to promote or ramp SEE up into something they are not....sticking their noses into stuff thats nothing to do with them and even causing offence at times....and i dont mean just to seye.

This lot are largely responsible for see's poor performance....instead of being concerned with how their own business is doing and being managed they attack anyone who they see is a danger.....its a poor strategy and embarrassing that its the best they can come up with.

Instead of taking Martin Ive's statement, scrutinising it ,challenging it and even demanding it......they have used a false statement for 18 months too falsely justify the investment case like they have done with pmg.

No wonder pmg loves them when they can so easily be taken for mugs😁

I think you will find that is competition rather than benefit.....qual and see have not had a business relationship for a couple of years.

Its all going pear shaped for see shareholders and this is probably the final agm whereby there will be a chance to gauge what is what but any thoughts of over 8p per share are finished.

Yes yes, they will release some bits and pieces of good news for the odd 20% but long term the news is bad...they spent too much money, issued to many shares and it took too long.

Richard Branson and his cronies invested about 250m in Ring long before amazon aquired it.

Two distinctly different businesses but what i would concentrate on is that one was launched, attracted big investment and sold for good profit within 5 years, everybody made decent money within a reasonable timescale.

The other has been going 25 years, done 50 placings, worth half the money its raised and shareholders are facing the guillotine while the bod have concentrated on an alternative strategy to make their millions🤔

A company thats been loss making for 25 straight years.

A bod who have made themselves multi millionaires using the markets money.

A bod that has paid themselves huge cash bonuses and awarded massive share options for acheiving not a lot.

A bod that has consistently mislead shareholders and the market.

A company who rarely state who they are working with or what likely a return they will see but are quite happy to forward sell future revenue to get cash now....to pay inflated salaries and bonus.

All verticals and profit centres failing through poor strategy and management with an overhead that has been allowed to spiral wildly out of control through self profiteering.

A miserable shareholding whereby the reality is dawning on some that it was never that good anyway and they are hoping to get out of hell in one fashion or another.

Just imagine.....or run like the clappers😂👏👏👏
