Too true.....the last rns on the ect claim informed us a week before that there would be an extension.

So my thinking now is that window has passed so we should really find out whats going on later today or very early next week👍

You would think if there was going to be a further extention then ast would have informed the market by now.

As such, here's hoping for some good news later today or early next week.

I dont think they will get awarded 400 but they could get 100+ which would give them ar least 10m and there is also the jv money to come.

So they could be cash rich and holding very good assets in utah.....i found the deal with neometals very interesting, the numbers are off the scale good so the sp could rise in the near term but longer term its got bags of potential.

The sp has moved north a bit on interest but the cash claims hold the key for the market to properly evaluate the risk going forward.

The sp took a dunt well before the presention.

I listened to it and nothing of note was said that has not been released already in rns....both were very positive and upbeat about progress and cost being exactly on track.

They are confident they are onto a winner and i think they are.

The question was asked why they did not make the value of the offer known and as you would expect they said the offer was made under nda and on no account would the deviate from that.

They did however state that the offer was north of the current MC but they believe that much higher value will be realised through partnering.

All good really except the sp is in the doldrums!

No doubt they made the right decision on changing direction....clear opportunity from here imo.

I have no idea about extraction costs or fee's etc which would be bourne by neometals anyway but if these tonnages are correct the value of this too ast could be 10's if not 100's of millions.

Whatever.....the good news is that neometals are on the go and quick about it👏

Not naming the offeror or value puts a dampener on the news but i thought it would have generated a bit more interest....maybe its just me likes that sort of thing.

Anyway, progress is now good so cant see why they wont secure a partner soon....possibly the same team who put forward the offer👍

In fairness, the last few pieces of real news have been excellent but i think we all know what the market needs to see to re-evaluate ast.

They have won on both counts but how much and when do they see the dosh is another matter.

Its moved on from binary now imo.....more than a good chance of a fine result here🤞

Todays news more than justifies the current market cap and with money owed through the courts and the potential ect win.....somehow ast are now in a good position moving forward.

Oil price will certainly come back down at some point but would not be surprised by 150 before then and how long will it take to come back to the steady price of 70.

The price is the least of china's problem though....supply is another matter and they will be looking at ways to mitigate against the shortfall....how long will that last is anyones guess.

Im not a fan of averaging up but this opportunity looks too good to miss.....an update would be good to see the language used.

The dynamics of this share have altered dramatically in the last few weeks. I bought in january believing that the price was too low and with good sounds coming out from mongolia, the farm out would be nailed on.

With the war and politics causing the oil scenario....i would now say there must be a serious chance of a bid.

China and indeed petrochina wont want to play fair but this is already undervalued by a factor of 20 imo so relative to the current sp there could be huge gains made here!

This is one where you hope the bully gets their comeupance....they would never have tried that on with a shell or chevron but they were willing to ride roughshod over a junior company with no money banking that they would never get this far!

Way too much of that stuff for my liking so hope they get fully penalised.

And im not really interested in Peters incredulity....hes just in the door and has done nothing yet, he can big it up if he delivers but remember who got us here!

Maybe jm decided not too dilute us to high heaven pursuing projects that would have cost a lot of money without much return.

Theres 2 ways too look at this and im with Peter that its time to go for it but i would tend to give jm a fair bit of credit for managing us through since maersk.

Despite some dilution, its nothing like you see in a lot of junior companies and jm is handing over some great opportunities to Peter and what seems like the perfect inflection point.

So give him a bit of credit because he could have dug his heels in there and kept control....many would have👍

I get a feeling that Peter is not going to be hanging around....time to get moving and if that means putting a few noses out of joint so be it.

I just read that safestocks write up and its the exact same write up he has been doing for 10 years.

Its dreamboat stuff and how stifel can have the nerve to put in print that rubbish about paying back the loan is beyond comprehension.....an absolute disgrace that a company like that would mislead investors in that way.

If i was pmg I would be incensed that stifel are being so misleading after all the issues here and if I was Katie Hill i would be bereft that under my watch ordinary shareholders would being subjected to this kind of treatment🤦‍♂️
