For me, if the new BOD did a raise for cap ex now I would want them ejected from the building asap. We have no need for cash as per the going concern statement. At this point we need stability, if and when the interim CEO becomes permanent, it would be something she can look at in the future.

We need a stable long term BOD before any dilution is even considered for cap ex, by which time hopefully we will have free cash coming in. We need to trim costs, extract ever bit of value out of what we already have, and then, and only then, do we think of expanding through cap ex. We have just releaved ourselves of a dilution crazed lunatic, lets not go there!

A heavily discounted placing would be unwelcome at any share price and I agree that any discretionary cash raise would not look good at the current SP. That said, the BoD has visibility into the future that we don't have and might deem it preferable to raise cash at current levels rather than wait for a significant re-rate. I hope they don't, but if they can get a rapid ROI, it could happen.

The Capex spend is optional as stated in the RNS as it is subject to "normal capex approval process". The Board would (and should) not approve if the cash position were tight. The potential is not significant enough to justify a capital raise at or below the current depressed share price.

The BTS revenue increase is almost certainly mostly the redirection of manufacturing Dermatonics products via BTS instead of using an outside contract manufacturer. It does not therefore indicate a sudden increase in the growth potential of the business via its own endeavours. I suspect there is more potential (and better margins) in Dermatonics but that requires management expertise which was sadly lacking in the previous management - let's hope the new management can make better business decisions.
