From their AR 2025, 91% of Croda product launches in 2024 for consumer care was Local & Regional, up from 86% in 2014.

As our CEO stated yesterday founders can take about 18 months to get to market and SME's 1-3 years. The launch was over twelve months ago, plus, allegedly, some Croda clients had the lysate before then. As Croda already mentioned, some of their customers have already launched in Europe and Asia in 2025, I don't believe it will be a few years, MN's maybe, but that's only 9% of product launches.

As you can see from the list below MN's aren’t everything.

The thing that stood out for me was they didn't sound like an AIM BOD. They sounded, no nonsense, no bs. We now have grown ups running the ship. We don't need cash, governance is being sorted. A good kitchen sink presentation.

Martin, I completely agree regarding a forceful/bullying CEO, unfortunately for me that is no excuse. Ashman has caused a lot of grief and aggravation, anyone having any involvement facilitating that should have the book thrown at them.

Super, the CFO leaving is irrelevant to the profitability and prospects of the company, she had to go. I would guess there were negotiations for her to stay until the investigation was finished to supply information, in return she got a chance to leave on her own term, just like Hunt and Cathy.

Agree shy, new BOD, new beginning. They have cleaned out the filth, I'm very happy the last one has gone.

20 February 2026 - the Board of SkinBioTherapeutics plc, (AIM: SBTX), the life science business focused on skin health, announces that it has appointed its new Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, Alyson Levett, to oversee the continuing investigation process on behalf of the Board. It has also appointed FRP Advisory to undertake an independent, forensic review into the matters outlined by the Company on Monday, 16 February. Existing external legal and professional advisers will also support the process, as necessary.

Regarding cash.

2.2 Going Concern

The financial statements have been prepared on the assumption that the Group is a going concern. When assessing the foreseeable future, the Directors have considered the budget for the next 12 months from the date of this report and the cash at bank available as at the date of approval of this report and are satisfied that the Group should be able to meet its financial obligations.

I think folks pushing the narrative of, the BOD need to do this and the BOD need to do that, need to wind their necks in. Let the BOD steady the ship and then build from there. Way to soon to start judging.

Ox, you may well be right but I just think it should be given a chance.

After the study I was asked for feedback and ideas, I said to Ashman it should be £24.99 with a 25% discount for subscribers (to gain traction), we should have 3 or 4 different flavours and it should come in a tub with a scoop (so you could cut down on packaging and cost) as well as sachets. None of the above were implemented because Ashman was a fecking genius and knew it all!

My point is, I believe Axis could be a hit (UK) and then let a multi national take it, maybe SD's parent company, but at least optimise what we have, add on top of that some decent social media and you are away. I know there is value there, it just needs extracting.

Ox, I agree with everything you say, apart from offloading Axis. We have a bitter taste because the whole company has been letdown for the past seven years. I had many interactions with Ashman re marketing Axis and he knew best, it was a shyte show. A friend asked me why we weren’t on Amazon, I asked Ashman, he said he was on with it, that was also bull., I guarantee you he would never have thought about Amazon if it wasn’t mentioned to him.

We need to give the BOD time to give Axis a chance.

Shy, I think the gummy route is a pipe dream, the manufacturing is a nightmare because you would kill the bacteria with the heat, I don't know how many gummies you would need to eat in one sitting, and it needs to be taken on an empty stomach.
